Gonna annoy a lot of people now but thats incorrect and even though I dont care really I have to correct.
What is clearly a misconception you see they weren't drunk It was the morning after MC lent his bed to them.
So that James and Ema could have noisy Sex to celebrate their anniversary.
Neither James nor the MC were drunk.
James told the MC about Ema's habit of wearing a blindfold and pretending to be asleep when he has morning sex with her.
The MC decided to take his chance with James being out of the flat.
To sneek in and take advantage of Ema's Blind fold pretening to be alseep habit to have sex with her.
With or without a condom.
Now The Annoying part as Ema was unaware it wasn't James she was having sex with.
Even the fact that neither Jame nor Ema knew it was actually the MC untill the reveal.
And thats only if MC got her pregnant in either case technically it can't of been consensual and therfore it was Rape.

I believe he's referring to how the three of them understand it now. Only MC is aware of what actually happened. Ema & James believe that the three of them got drunk and had a MMF.

Update the game to v0.19.1 please. Dev updated it with BDSM club fix.

well the truth is .. James and Ema where drunk .. it was the MC that was not ... but in the mansion .. as the MC explained the story to Ema & James ( after finding out that James jr. was the MC's and not James kid ) the MC cover for his raping Ema by saying they where all drunk and James came and got the MC to fuck Ema in a three way .. which James buys because it is a fetish that James always had and Ema bought it cause she was drunk and barely remembers that night ( which if you read the story ... i don't think she really buys it tho ;)
