You must have a bug that hasn't been caught or corrupted file or something You can't have both if you keep gang, you won't get any payout from Madam and you will be locked out of BDSM club and not have Secret. But you will still make 1 mnillion a week.

If you get rid of gang you will be offered 3 payout deals and have access to BDSM club and Secret

if you ask about red syringe you get no option to use it, up to current update when after you have talk with Edmon you get another chance with secret

Select the 20M is too little. It will then give you other options. Select the 30M with unlimited visits to the club.

If you want to keep gang you have to select (Fuck you. I'm not scared (End of path) then you will tell Madam you want 500K weekly after you close the deal she will start paying you 500K a week but you still have to pay for gang so -250K will give you 250K profit a week or 1 million a month (see spoiler)
