Dealing with the madame was this update, think the new house will be next update.
I've never understood why someone want to remove part of a game. Why not give the player multiple options? We all have different preferences and fetishes. The best way to meet as many as possible it to give the player the option to choose which path he/she prefer.
Or pick the 20M + 50K weekly and madam will throw in unlimited services when you finalize the deal.
You can buy the pills from the pharmacy. They are not free anymore, but still available.

mc wouldn't know either tristy pregnant or not? teodora only give birth once ? second time maybe pregnant wouldn't give birth?

Not to throw shade at the dev, but this game is in desperate need of an editor/translator. I'm sincerely hoping they reach their Patreon goal in hiring one since it's one of the few sandbox style VNs that actually incorporates the pregnancy tag liberally rather than at the very end of the story.
Searching through the game variables there doesn't seem to be a pregnancy variable associated with Tristy. However, Teodora does seem to have a name associated with a second child, so perhaps a second one is possible.

well i did had to delete persistent 3x with last update and that got nothing to do with console and is what you have to do to start it again - on both places
