Why Ema already has 2nd child in 0.18.3

IDK, in my game after clinic number of children was = 1 and no new names.
I checked the file and logically there is not enough increase in the children's counter, and because of this there is no names, which I corrected.

could be that as with many others only certain sex paths trigger pregnancies, try to get her alone or dif way/scene.

If i get her alone she is 10% cleaning her room , 10% reading are manga , 10% she is by mokko , and the orther % she is not in her room and not even in the house.

That is are hart trigger because 26 is the only day you can not change in the cheat app for what ever reason max you can change to 25.
