I don't like choosing between girls for the harem, that always ruins a harem game, will there be a way to get the BDSM club girls and the gang girls in the same playthrough?

Secret will join you even if you keep your gang (refer to the progress log of version 0.19.2). You will also have access to the gang girl. The rest of the girls in BDSM are not love interests; they are just side characters included for those who enjoy BDSM content.

Regarding Madam, it’s a "Path End." As for Secret, it used to be the same, but with this new update, I decided to change it so players won’t be locked out of their LI—exactly what you’d prefer.

thank you for taking the time to respond...yes I have the app and I know how to go into it but what the heck do the numbers mean? Am I supposed to use the different numbers? that's what I'm confused about? thanks

The numbers are what day that girl is ovulating. So if you are going to have a scene with Julia (for example) you can change the day to match what you are currently on to increase the chances of pregnancy.
For Example if you are going to Julia on the 11th, change the date to 10th and then visit a few days in a row until she's pregnant.

There have been 2 updates on Mega's Patreon regarding v0.19.2:
Main story:
1m. Airplane manager - If you’ve visited him before running for mayor, you will have the option to visit him again and ask for his support in your campaign. - 100% completed.
Girls story:
1g. Ema - Ch1 - alternative path (Get Drunk and Horny) - she would let you have sex with her - 100% completed.
2g. Girl of the new update - BETTY - chosen by vote poll -
2.1g - Ema (Get Drunk and Horny) - animation, let MC to sleep in her bedroom (new house Mohoro) and unlock unlimited kids - NOT CHOSEN and LEFT for another update.
2.2g - Betty (Part 2) will have her first sex and pregnancy - 72% completed.
3g - Secret will still be able to join you, even if you keep your gang and Madam closes your access to BDSM club. - 100% completed
(You still have to use the red syringe on her when you have sex before the deal with Madam. Don't ask Secret about the red syringe when you first see her.)
4g. BDSM Suzzy - option to take blue pill and have cum-inflated belly (repeatable) - 100% completed
