Just 1, I get her pregnant as fast as I can, then I never see her again till after the move. No option, always on the computer go see Paola, but when walking down the hall no option given.

well it should be telling you not to see her for 3 days ... then when you visit her .. she'll have to baby in her arms and tell you she's busy .. go back the day after and have fun with her ...

you have to watch music on t.v. for the girls to show up .... a little later ( after a few days ) .. watching porn will cause Moko to show up

I see the dialogue they give, but they just do not show up on the couch. I find it happens when I do not have Anna and Rebeca in the game mostly. If I only have 2 of the 4 girls is when they do not show.you have to watch music on t.v. for the girls to show up .... a little later ( after a few days ) .. watching porn will cause Moko to show up

update to version 18.1 .... maybe you should reload from a save before you knock her up the 1st time ... and try again .. cause i've never had any problems with her

and here's a awesome tip .. if your wanting to knock up any girls in game .. save before fucking them ... if you don't knock them up .. reload and try again .. you will get them pregnant eventually

Yeah there is no way i'm fine with her living with her ex...and i genuinely don't care if her ex is sad if she moves in with the man she loves and has children with...i find it a bit weird that her staying with her ex is even an option.
