You might be talking to her at wrong time, normally mornings is when I do. I've played this so many times never having a problem with buying her the dental office, she will take the job but you can still give her the money and go with her to buy it. you might have to re-install game and start over you can skip 1st part by answering questions

It's random I've went 4 -5 days sometimes longer with out her asking if Mc wants her to visit. Make a save before you go into her room if she doesn't ask reload and try again

i will probably check it out at some point, i in some ways liked season 1 better, there was no Paolo but it was ntr heavy if you made it that way, part 2 is more of a business simulator with a little extra porn content, more geared towards romance which i am not a big fan of, the models are mostly gorgeous, dora is a straight ho though, she needs to get 2 blue pilled every night to tame that wild coochie, pretty sure she banging another dude in that dentist office you bought for her, send her to work every day blown out is my theory lmao
