I don't think the 18+ TV is Raj. (I just checked the coding, he has cheat app, VIP, gun shop, escort app, BDSM club).
It's not linked to the TV add, I had it before then,
Someone who has done multiple paths could probably narrow it down.
I just did a speed run. It was grayed out until Dora turned up. Then the First day she arrived, the next morning I was able to turn it on. I can't find any variable that changed except the day turned over.

yeah seems you are right. there is miniguide poped at ops with all that basic info in it
i guess just basic progress is need it, watch normal music tv few times to see, if it offer unlock

It just take several days to unlock it. I always wait till Anna is there because usually the first one is the MC and Moko banging it and shows the MC face and Anna is shocked the MC did porno.

For some reason I'm thinking it also won't unlock till you buy the Dark App but not sure

again ... it doesn't happen right off after you find out about it .... at least not that i've seen ... and it does happen at time after Dora shows up ... but again not always ... all you have to do is be patient and keep checking your computer ... it will show up ...
for me on several run thru's ... i had all the girls with me and it didn't show up for quite awhile ...

well at least in new house 18 tv is related only to Rebecca (there on spot) and Moko (night fuck, + future Emma threesome) all old scenes were moved to normal music tv program.again ... it doesn't happen right off after you find out about it .... at least not that i've seen ... and it does happen at time after Dora shows up ... but again not always ... all you have to do is be patient and keep checking your computer ... it will show up ...

so i guess its possible on those 2 to have some to do with unlock, the progress off

anyone know if megalono fixed the love stats on the girls ... cause i just did another run and added Rebecca who's love doesn't move off ( zero= 0 )

About TV and 18+:
When I was playing, Moko once complained that the TV was malfunctioning, and indeed the TV showed a screen of interference. There was an option to "change provider". After changing the provider it was already possible to turn on 18+ programs.
I think it is a matter of the amount of TV viewing and a matter of time.
By the way, there is a moment in the movie when Anna dances while watching TV.
Anyway, the switch (18+) is active when Anna and Dora are not yet in Mohoro or when both of them have had relevant conversations.
This is a scene I didn't see in the game because I kept showing the 18+ channel to the girls. And it appears when watching the music channel.

ok megalono needs to look into the girls time frame during pregnancy .... ( example Dora : see screenshots below )
so if i'm not mistaken 4 in game months = 1 year ... right ?
then if you notice the dates on the screenshots Dora has been pregnant for almost 1 and 1/2 years ?
i have went into her room every morning to talk with her but get the same results " i'll leave you and the baby to get closer "
now Moko i got pregnant on day 13 .. and she about to have her 2nd baby .... and i think it will be before Dora has her 2nd .. which will put the pregnancies out of order seeing how i got Dora pregnant 1st and 5 days later i got Moko pregnant
which to me is like wtf , why does this game do that so often in damn near every game i play ????
so just how many months are in a in game year anyway ???
i mean you'd think i'd know .. but i really haven't been paying attention to it until recently ... thinking hmm this girl should have had her baby by now ... hmm ,,, know what i mean ?
