Hmm, in my game Julia is not giving birth to her 2nd child, think some event got stuck. she is been preg for 200 days.
Is there a console command that can force the event?

I'm pretty sure those on 4 & 5 currently are getting unlimited kids upgrade too. IIRC its Dora, Paola, Anna, Moko, Rebecca, Naomi.

yes they are in 18.3 version which isnt on 95 yet. so not much of use to anyone that is on .2 version
