I don't believe so, but it might have a step towards it becoming a reality in future updates. (I don't think it's been confirmed that it will or won't happen, which means it is a chance).

IIRC, if you don't have the unlimited BDSM you will not be able to arrange to get the blue & red pills from Madam. You'll be able to in a later update, but not yet (I haven't actually played the update, I'm waiting for the public release, so I can't confirm).

not yet, for now you can only stock up on blue pills there.
