Virus detected. It could be a false positive but I haven't had that happen with previous versions of the games.

I downloaded with the Win/Linux Mixdrop link if that's important.

I never had it happen. I think it's Mixdrop. I always use Mega

at least I know it's an issue with my comp then. thank you for the feed back. I don't know what all ren' py runs on or how to do a fresh engine reinstall any feedback on what I can check or reinstall to fix it?

To reinstall you have to just delete everything , also the folder in your User-AppData-Roaming-RenPy (SimpleDays-1596073118 delete this whole folder) If you have saves you want to keep just drop on desktop before you delete and you can add them later

Here is a save you can use to play gang path and play both if you want to. You can rename it higher and keep separate from other playthrough if your saver are already at that number or above

You say that you downloaded it, have you played till you keep or get rid of gang , if you kept the gang advanced the story so gang shows up on map, I have no idea how far into game you are by what you said. This is map when everything advanced leaving from mansion with gang on it
