If some of Mega's backers propose the idea to him, he might be willing to include sexy times inside a car. Perhaps that could become a thing in a future update. Does anyone know which girl is missing here and what I can do to meet her or unlock her?
I guess she is the gang girl introduced in the last version (I did not follow that path yet).

To get the girl you must reject the BDSM Madam offer or need to end that path, although I've been repeating for 4 new games with the guided mode and yet I get a softlock which is can't get my citizenship and can't even get Tristy (the sister club). Same goes to Secret (the bdsm girl)

Ok, on the fifth time I play it with new games with the guided mode I do get Tristy(The sister Club) but in order to get GK (The gang girl) you need to sacrafice not to have Secret/Lydia (The BDSM girl), welp guessing that the new storyline for the other route I guees
From 0.19.2 you will be able to have Secret even without BDSM club:
3g - Secret will still be able to join you, even if you keep your gang and Madam closes your access to BDSM club. - 100% completed
(You still have to use the red syringe on her when you have sex before the deal with Madam. Don't ask Secret about the red syringe when you first see her.)
Unfortunately, the changes are within a few files that have already been modified with the new update content, and applying them now would break the game.
The good news is that I’m working on the final event, and the update isn’t far off—hopefully, it will be ready by the end of this month.

There's been another update today on the dev's Patreon regarding v0.19.2:
Main story:
1m. Airplane manager - If you’ve visited him before running for mayor, you will have the option to visit him again and ask for his support in your campaign. - 100% completed.
Girls story:
1g. Ema - Ch1 - alternative path (Get Drunk and Horny) - she would let you have sex with her - 100% completed.
2g. Girl of the new update - BETTY - chosen by vote poll -
2.1g - Ema (Get Drunk and Horny) - animation, let MC to sleep in her bedroom (new house Mohoro) and unlock unlimited kids - NOT CHOSEN and LEFT for another update.
2.2g - Betty (Part 2) will have her first sex and pregnancy - 50% completed.
3g - Secret will still be able to join you, even if you keep your gang and Madam closes your access to BDSM club. - 100% completed
(You still have to use the red syringe on her when you have sex before the deal with Madam. Don't ask Secret about the red syringe when you first see her.)
4g. BDSM Suzzy - option to take blue pill and have cum-inflated belly (repeatable) - 100% completed

Only 50% remains about Betty's scene to be completed. Once that's done the testing should begin and then the highest tiers will have access to it, and the others will follow suit later.
