The Patreon version doesn't include the kids' story progression (they don't grow up).
The FULL version includes their story progression and offers an option to turn it on or off.

You need you wait, i guess 3 - 4 years later. Because MD is a hard person, she is in another tier, maybe A-tier or S-tier. Her story will be different than other girls that MC has just met. In my opinion, MC need a Police wife first and then Guard wife.
Anybody else notice the nurse from the MC's hometown followed him all the way to Mohoro and became a nurse here.

Nah, that's likely just a nod to Pokemon. I bet the nurses here are all called Joy (or something appropriately similar) as well.
(Now we just have to wait for the day where one of them has a weak moment and becomes enamoured with MC so we get a (fruitful) quickie and their name confirmed...
Edit: Yeah, after the <insert appropriate amount>th time it happens, she becomes impressed and every conversation where MC confirms fatherhood should result in if he'd like a quick checkup with her.

Good question, another week or two and MegaLono will put his to do list for the next update.
More time with Ema is a plus, especially getting to breed her again and again.
Maybe we can start to reconcile more with Vicky and add her into our harem.
Advancing the storyline with Sasha, maybe she can finally move in and become a spouse
We also need to advance things with Hanna.
All of that might be too much for one update, but lets hope over the next few we can see these things happen.
Really need a Scene with Lyn! No need to create sadness just need a good storyline.

so if i did not snitch to ema that james is cheating on her during that shopping scene i, mc will be unable to have sex with her?
if yes: is there a way to change it? im much further in the game now and kind of dont feel like replaying all that stuff.. :/

as far as i know, if you want Ema snitching is requirement (do not warn james). here got old hints about it and you got also mini guide inside game to check.
beside those days you get ingame red text warning on choice when you are about to close path with girls.
dmn, guess i lucked out. and i have no idea how to edit saves or stuf like that.. rly dont want to replay hous of content

JamesCheat = 5 (not warned), 1(james warned)
so if you got no progress pass that should be fixable, unless you got too far ahead and maybe some other variables came in to play. (new house / old house - not sure if it got any effect)
