I liked the game, but it has become stale and repeatable. It's pretty vanilla in a way that no one can possible be offend unless they are VERY narrow minded. All this feel good, we are all friends and want to live together makes me want to puke. The game needs some extra to take it to the next level.
Although I would love to see some 16yo girls getting knocked up, it wont really change anything. It will just be yet another girl MC can knock up.
It would most likely never happen, but I would like to see some non consensual sex. Sneaking a creampie into a girl, or fucking a girl while her husband is in the next room, isn't enough for me. Let's have a new employee, with BIG money problems, and let MC take advantage of it. He could offer her a bonus if she would sleep with him. She would reluctantly accept. During sex she should be VERY afraid of getting knocked up and try to get out of the deal.

IKR. That's what I suggested at the first place; but Dev had mentioned earlier.. no child sex and rape contents in his game. So, yeah; it is what it is.. unless, dev suddenly changes his mind and I doubt that will really happen.

You did meet Edmon and have pills checked at pharmacy and built pill lab and made deal with Madam ? Also did you meet Brent and give him the money for the new house 5M ? How did you end up with all the money did you change or add it

I can't find anything. No one is pregnant except Vicki. Edmon, Gang & Madam are done properly.
The only thing I can think of is you inadvertently changed something with console commands and I can't see what it might be.
I'd go back to a save before changing anything (There's no real need to change anything in this, it's step by step and you can always have enough money).
Or maybe the Dev will be passing by soon and can find the issue.

I was thinking of sending it to him but figured I'd just let him work on the update, I looked at it with my save editor and thought the same thing with Edmon, Gang and Madam you can see more with urm so I figured I'd ask. Thanks

The way it's coded is very good, but it makes it very difficult to find something sometimes. One decision leads to something else to something else and before you know it, it's a variable you never thought of that is stopping it happening. So if you change something, it won't trigger what it needs to, to move to the next part.

How did you end up NOT refusing Naomi, yet still have NO story progression with her?
Did you manually change Naomi’s variable?

You haven’t progressed with the Moko-Naomi story.
Load your save and go to Moko’s bedroom; she’ll talk about inviting Naomi.

Naomi didn't arrive; maybe that's why it was not triggering. (I thought just starting her quest was all I needed.). It's working now. Thank you, and yeah, I added the money.

Yeah, the first time you go to the BDSM club when she's showing you the place - do NOT ask about the red syringe, on another visit you can choose her and get her pregnant.

If you missed that, the dev is putting in a way to get her in the next update, so you can get her then.
