well did you start the ch3 talk with minister, after that start of campaign as you progress, and at some point Maria shows up and take noticable chunk of money, cant miss, after that you go to airport and see another option where you get
mcMoneyBusiness+= 50000, - 1 time meet. and should be difference in meetings if you get there before Maria or after.
