To me, it's more about who's doing it to who. Because Ema had no expectation it was you, nor did she ever agree to have sex with you, then it's rape. If it was Dora who you already have a sexual relationship with, then it would be sleep sex. (In my mind anyway).

if you cant launch the game that usually means broken persistent so delete both in game\saves + appdata/equivalent
that should solve any launch issues
tho am not sure why it broke for you, it hasnt happen in years.

yeah dont know bout that, but it does have full blown ai to sniff your shit on pc. myself am on win 10, i would remain on 7 if they wouldnt shut support for half the apps for it.
