I followed her on the walkthrough, but still she didn't come to the house. When I did it I had the 5 normal rooms and Naomi couldn't fit. When I did the quest and bought the new house the Secret girl didn't appear to live with me....there is a walkthru on the main menu
Secret has a bug—if she tells you inside BDSM that she gave birth, she will never move into the new house, even if you invited her. This will be fixed in version 0.19.1.

tho did you return to bdsm and check if you can ask again, if you did and its no ask again option skip few weeks.
also she usually moves in after she got baby
