Ema got quite story progress over time in this game all together and at few points you do agree to take care of her up to now. also next time we will have to see as official goes i guess it should be there since there will be unlimited kids. also we will have to see if and what kind of changes dev will do to follow the willing sex change in ch1.
so yeah safe to say Ema is officially mcs. Buddy is happy with sharing Elena, that gold digger will remain his, tho her womb belongs to mc (solo or shared), if mc wants it.

It would've been interesting to see her again in the story. I think Moko had asked the protagonist back at the karaoke if he wanted to fuck her in Chapter 1.
