well you can always check status of/if pregnancy in

not sure how you could break it unless you have decline Naomi invite otherwise, just keep on going to Mokos room in the morning at one point she will mention that Naomi will come - which will happen on Naomis ovul day. then might have to wait till Naomi gives birth - been a while.

No you don't start your own club you are locked out of BDSM , On gang path you get GK but isn't really anything with her she is your body guard when running for mayor on either path I believe

You won't be on the gang path unless you picked it at BDSM club when you meet and talk to Madam and don't make the deal that gives pills back to her then you will be locked out of BDSM club
