If you listened to Bombina when she wanted to talk about her sister and didn't ignore her.
Then you should of had the option on one of Bombina's nights to have another drink.
As well as the normal goto VIP section choice.
If you pick the have another drink option and not the VIP option.
Bombina finds you and and tell's you her sister needs taking home which you offer to do.
That's how you meed Tristy.
P.S. if you want Tristy to come live with you pay her 2000 to not SMS her sister.
