Nope. It's still there as I just got done comparing the two scenes. The new scene is pretty much the lie MC tells later, before it was implemented as the new alternate route.
Essentially, MC waits until James leaves and then fucks Ema while she's blindfolded. Taking advantage of what James said about how she pretends to be sleeping with them on and lets him fuck her that way. MC goes and does just that. Which is by all accounts rape. And he gets her pregnant that way.
