for 0.20 really cant say much beyond whats in post above, thats gona be next and big one, but since pretty much all current girls are wrapped up and all that will remain all those vote for scenes, out of which biggest one is currently in works, there is real good chance for some new or currently untouched to be in it. tho we will know when progress log hits for that one.

we will have to see when next next progress log gets here, but yeah it can take time, beyond those new monto recruits, we also got strippers (after we buy club), bdsm (which will probably be big thing), airport hostesses (there should be visiting spa) + other businesses that are listed to buy and will have their own personnel.
also chicks from ch3 story, Tiffany, that office chick (progress with story). and ppl also wants to see lots of other chicks that go no action thru story.
any of those will require quite some doing and when which will come (order of things) will be up to dev.

I'm not sure how far you are, but you need the new house and if I remember correctly she won't move in if she's pregnant but after

That's pretty vague, how far are you in game moving to new house has a number of requirements check the walkthrough there is also one on OP by micmitja that covers everything. It's to hard to figure out not knowing where you are in the game
