I think the mechanics are there, as both of those characters where mentioned in the v0.9.3 changelog. But I don't know if it has actually been implemented into the game, the upcoming v0.10.0 changelog mentions both characters with "pregnancy announce, progress and first child".
I guess you can impregnate Paola as you can have sex with her when she ovulates, with Zara at the moment you can't have sex with her.

There don't have to be any renders to get her pregnant, there has to be some material left for the next update.
But you can fuck both (Paola & Zara) when they're ovulating and you can both creampie, but without any visible consequences.
And by visible I don't mean renderings, but the overview.
Is Zara the daytime masseuse or the night time one? Because I haven't been able to have sex with the daytime masseuse, only the night time one.That's Alina

well , have installed latest update and they are still pregnant
this was heavy grind even with cheesing, and i guess even with improvements still is, look for variables and keep pushing their ovul dates +1 till you get them pregnant.

well maybe, but was just ingame and you said that you cant, does take really long time till you can tho, lots of visits and hoping on new option to show or progress bit further, but then again it could also be connected to attraction , am not sure if have used console on her for that.A simple 'Zara is the night time masseuse' would have sufficed.

it does go over, but 100 is max that show and can also drop i think if you dont have interactions with girls,
simple with grind or console
