No one here is paying for it and none of us care enough to go find it elsewhere as there is nothing in the game.

I'm not surprised the creator doesn't have that many patrons. I mean look at the Patreon overview. Besides the short video there's almost no informations about the game. With such a blank presentation comes little to no interest about this project.
So setup isnt too bad but gameplay mechanics are a bit hit and miss imo (TMP skill/magic is not showing what it is and pressing 1 or 2 on numpad does nothing for me) Also content with Orc is bugged for me, took my gold but no "service"

I played the game, and...
Movements:
Horrible. The movements aren't fluid and it's strange when you're tiredness, looks like a scene will start, but nothing happens and seems like you need to restart the game.
NPCs:
Fuck, this is terrible. The NPCs who walk – like Maidens, Enemies Orcs and Soldiers – has so horrible movements and animations.
The Soldiers just walk with a shield "trying" to fight some one, but when you touch him, he just floats.
The Maidens, when initiates an action, if you try to execute an action: her head bugs, she stays walking like you don't exist. The actions are pretty fucked and the positions – that are in beta – there's no animation (?).
The Enemies Orcs are just... enemies (?) They can't hit you if you just hold the right click, I don't find a way to "capture" him and I don't find none animations to do with him.
Sex animations:
Well, the sex animations are "okay" to "good", so it needs to be better, but they're worked a little bit.
Oh, and you can execute them just pressing "E" on bed. For some reason, the Enemies Orcs seems like useless and just a test to future battles.
Map:
There's nothing to do; just walking around you will find some houses and more orcs, but nothing to act.
Walking and walking you just found more and more orcs and bushes, just this.

Also clearly this game is being worked on, not sure why people jumping to conclusion this is dead or will be. He's no doubt a lone dev with not much support on Patreon so he juggles IRL and this project to make ends meet. He posted last month new photos showing new models such as female orcs and dark elves and the castle.
