I think out of the 120 or so games i played so far this is by far the most unrealistic.
First, issue it ignore the impossibility of hiding this from the husband. You would have physical marks from all this going on. You would have to keep him away from his wife for weeks. But there is another issue. It's for the town survival to breed children. The problem with that is this type of brutal rape against the person will causes serious damage and can and does leave lots of women unable to bear children.
The how about roper burns, cuff marks and all that garbage. I guess no one is going to notice any of that.
Then you have the mental aspects of how the woman can and will change it won't help the town in the least depression, anger, hatred.
I'll give you a few examples as a first responder and reports that came across my desk for the navy and DOD
One call I responded to male age 28 impaled with a pitchfork up to the handle. After learning what he did to the young lady I told him fuck off and die. I wasn't a licensed EMT so they couldn't do shit to me. He died of his injures before the ambulance got there. I even suggested to the ambulance person to give her a drug to calm her nerves that is known to cause short term memory loss. That way should could use it as a defense in court.
Woman repeatedly raped got knife from kitchen slit his throat while sleeping.
Woman held by male suspect multiple days kept fork while eating. When suspect came back to rape her again she stabbed him in the throat and eyes.
My brother's X wife's sister. Super glued her husbands penis to his belly while it was erect.
Petty officer USN abusive and cheating on his spouse. Came home wife waiting for him dress in lingerie he's drunk got lipstick on his color she makes him believe he is going upstairs to have kinky sex. She hand cuffs him to the bed post then grabs a rope ties his legs to the end poss. Walks over pulls out an extension cord and curling iron. They found him on the 3rd day. HE would black out from the pain and later wake up screaming. His neighbor walking his dog heard him. That's how he was found.

This game has the stupidity to show her in a cafateria and countless other scenes that with her state of mind would probably poison or kill half the town given the chance. Seriously.

The odds of the entire male populace of the town being killed off is extremely probable. All they have to do is screw up and get the wrong family in there like mine. Every male member is X military. We are not the only family like that. 18.2 million veterans in the US. A good portion of them are trained well enough with fire arm.

Lets pretend this happens in a place with no guns. A knife unlike a gun doesn't make a big bang and warn people to run away.
A person with determination and being pissed off like Ohio state university stabbed 14 killing one. They were lucky he didn't choose a better weapon and spend some time learning to use it better.

Then lets hit the most likely part. Her son emotionally not able to handle this crap would probably go on a killing spree and he sure as hell wouldn't be telling his mom in the one scene he loves her. Take it from me. There are real world communities the women are communal in a similar nature. The only ones that do it this way are ones like gangs that keep control over the women and use serious threats of violence and drugs and other shit to keep the women under control.
