A really nice update!

Our new resident, Oliana, may be my new #1 and the Bikini Bash mini-game has just enough slots to hold all of my favorites.

An ongoing bug, when I click on a tenant to see her detail page I often get a different girls information. If I back out and go back in it is usually correct.

In addition to my previous suggestion, that the peek feature should have a pass/refresh option to be able to ignore both tenants and show a different pair, it would be nice to add Choice Rate to the sort option.

We're not even talking about softcore content, we're just talking about nudity, there's no stripping, we don't see the girls touching each other, or any sensual dancing or anything, not even a simple kiss, just nudity. The only softcore content so far is watching in the background how the protagonist touches himself while you go to "phase 1" with the girls and nothing more.
The game is 2 years old and there is still no sexual content, whether soft or hard. Only nudes
You can't even touch the girls' over their clothes.

and the other thing is not true at all, a simple missionary penetration scene (not anal) is softcore porn

This is softcore porn :

this game is similar to wicked paradise no sexual interaction ?

There is no significant changes or progress. Old Saves does not seem to work fully. Partial progress is transfered.
Nice features are added but still expecting

clothes options need to be added
concubise futher progress need to be implemented
Open gate feature is not the best
Some simple animation might be better. (character animation)
jacking off animation really nonsense ...

Some additional information was implemented. Those are nice for avoiding unnecessary issues
on the main menu, each character feature is shown one by one. Moving from one character to another requires the return main menu. Just adding simple arrow or dropdown list might be nice option.

Promising but still requires some features. Last few updates seem to be improving the menu and other features.
Requires more spicy concept

Errors usually happen when using an older save. Unfortunately the devs don't seem to pay much attention to make the saves compatible.
Does this error happen if you start a new game?
The Error was actually on a new game but I have not had it happen again (suspect it might have been a guy on the plane and I turned them off or something)

I don't disagree about the grind, but I'm curious about how you set a tenants rent, because that can be used to give bonuses to increase obsession by lowering the rent. Granted, I'll keep increasing the rent to get enough money to buy stuff early on, but eventually you can adjust it to increase obsession pretty quickly. I'll keep rent high on anyone I don't like, maybe keep it balanced for some, and lower the rent all the way on my favorites.
I started a new game
I tried an experiment with minimal rent and assumed money is not an issue to test the obsession increase at low grind
Skill tree bonuses and all purchase items will be neglected

Problem is even at low grind this result is still extremely grindy
At the early gameplay you can't do much except for just peeking until Sundays repeatedly while raising trust with the make a copy of a key minigame
The other ones are luck based and it's troublesome to gamble for trust early on which increases grinding
At less than 5 tenants this obsession will increase quickly until level 8 then it's just mundane and repetitive

Later on when I have 5+ tenants
I was trying to max the obsessions for all of them before I can later on increase rent to the max to recover the income loss from the early game
The results are telling that strategy is not that viable without grinding to the point of being annoying

My solution?
Create a series of random events it can be triggered at a fixed regular interval
Objective of those events are to gain bonus obsession points and players can choose the tenants that gets those obsessions points to make the gameplay more engaging for higher grinds and also to offset the high number of tenants that needs an obsession increase
Or else this is going to be nothing but extremely repetitive and mundane
Also on higher grinds I believe there should be an unlockable skill or item to get an exp all effect which can be upgraded to do even better than the exp all effect at low grind
It's very important to make sure the players gets to choose which tenants to apply those obsession points to or else it's going to be wasted if it's randomly applied into a tenant with maxed out obsessions

Personally, the spy equipment is a must have, so you definitely want to collect rent early on to afford the upgrades. You get modifiers to the rewards for the different stats, so it is worth it. The events are not random, you can spend repair kits to get the increase, so just make sure to purchase a bunch once available. Once you have enough money, you can upgrade your spy equipment even more, but you are still not wrong, the game is definitely a grind.

I made a suggestion to address something similar to your final point, which got a positive reaction from the dev, to have a pass/refresh option during the peek phase, so we are not forced to increase obsession on a tenant when we don't like either one.

Yes the spy equipment is very useful for buying upgrades and so are repair kits to make sure you're not going into a gamble for increasing trust

Regardless
All of this still beats conditions of my experiment:
-No inventory purchase
-No Skill Tree Bonus
-Minimal Rent

It's not a make do with what you have for gameplay
Nor is it about these are upgrades I didn't know about that can offset the grind cause I am aware of using upgrades and repair kits to make life easier

The purpose of the experiment is to highlight a rather critical design flaw from early game grinding
It's also one of those things that are hidden under your nose

If I find this to be way too grindy under those extreme circumstances from the experiment then I will most likely quit playing the game even before I can unlock the inventory and skill tree parts of the game
This highlights the game engagement and fun factor is not that fun to play cause this is pretty much nothing but a grindfest which needs to be addressed

Quitting this early means this undermines and beats the purpose of spending all that time trying to design and make the inventory purchase and skill tree system
If I'm not the first to say this grind is a problem then chances are I am not the one and only nor will I be last person

Agreed and one recent change that put some of the things you talk about behind having to promote a novice was annoying. I can understand unlocking features after finishing certain things, but without a normal save feature and no ability to change between novice and servant, we are being force to make a choice before we should have to. Personally, I would rather it be having tenants who have the stats required to be promoted without having to actually do it.
