I can load my old save but for shits and giggles I tried starting a new game because of the new mechanics but either I'm an idiot or 0.8.7b is broken.
Literally all you can do at the start of the game is briefly talk to Max on the achievements screen and talk to Suzan once at the airport, with no way of advancing the days or progressing in anyway.

I had the same issue, tried to start a new game over an old save slot and could not progress, but then loaded the game on the same slot and all the girls from the old save appeared within the new game.
I had a weird issue starting a new game with preloading all the images, so I closed the game and restarted, this time not doing the preload and jumping in. Worked fine the second time. Not sure if that's the actual fix, but it worked for me.

Ah thank you, this fixes it. I didnt realize it was skipping the entire tutorial process (definitely breaks the game if you start with zero tenants).

Not sure what you're referring to specifically, but I seem to remember some pronoun wonkiness in the dialog from the last update, as well.
personally, I'd like to see a few other women:
-A lean tomboyish butler.
-A lean special forces soldier.
-A well toned french maid.
-A well toned martial arts instructor.
-A muscular lumberjack with multi-toned hair.
-A gigantic muscular fashionista who loves fur, lace and jewelry.

Hey everyone,
We’ve corrected two additional issues that were impacting gameplay:
- Incorrect Brain Map Axis Assignments:
Some tenants had their personality axes misassigned, which led to bonuses not being applied correctly during Peek, Manage, and Date interactions. - Renaming Causing Tenant Resets:
Renaming characters was causing some tenants to reset when hiring new ones at the airport.
- Brain Map Fix:
When you load your game, the affected tenants’ axes will be automatically corrected. Any points you've already assigned will be refunded, so you can reassign them properly — no progress lost. - Renaming Temporarily Disabled:
Until we can implement a permanent fix, the renaming feature will be disabled to prevent further issues.
- The Bikini Bash randomizer is now functioning correctly.
- Daniela’s large images during respect milestones now display properly.
- The Flowers gift is currently under maintenance as we work on a full revamp.

There is a new hotfix out on patreon: Hotfix v0.8.7c does fix the intro bug described here.

What kind of role will the negative authority play right now or in the future? I havent played this version yet, but i think i mentioned quite some time ago, that this game has a lot of potential to include voyeuristic/sharing or even NTR paths for the women (completely avoidable ofc since this is always a hot topic on this forum lol). The spyware, hacking and looking at a woman at the end of the day always had something voyeuristic already, but this in combination with negative authority could lead to NTR scenes. Or, for those that are into sharing, high authority could lead to the player deciding to share them, maybe even turn the building into some sort of high class bordel.
I wonder if something like this is planed or would even be considered by the devs? Im just asking, because im a fan of games with a bit of tension or stakes, like a rival that could influence your women. Again, i haven't played this version yet and i have no idea what is planed for the story in the future, but i wanted to ask, since the previous versions were just grindy with no possibility to fail. So im wondering if it will stay that way and be a pure harem game or if there will be scenarios, where the players decisions could have negative consequences?
Is it safe to assume that since you know the GoFile link is empty (based on your reactions to the post stating as much) that you will let us know when it is back up?
