Blame the anti NTR group that constantly harassed the dev until he snapped.
He stopped catering to them and went the opposite direction as a big "fuck you" to them.

Well can't blame the dev for being pissed though will be interesting to see how it affects his supporter count i mean now he will lose a lot of the non ntr fans and the people who don't mind it if it's optional like me but will most likely get more ntr fans as supporters.

No, somebody reminded me that the dev said 1-5 had the choice of Love or NTR and it'll be alternating from then on, so 6 and 8 are NTR, 7 and presumably 9 will be Love.
