There isn't a chapter 2, there was originally a split, but they changed it back to continuing Chapter 1, so the next update will be Chapter 1 v1.16.
That screenshot only says the end of 1.15, not the end of the chapter

There was going to be a split into chapters (I imagine for smaller downloads), but, iirc CNG found that it was too difficult transferring saves from one chapter to the next, so they scrapped that idea.

I'm going to guess "Credits Chapter 1.webm" in the /game/images/video folder.

Or you can watch any video in the game from there if you need a "pick me up".
