If it's not delayed again, yes. CNG lives somewhere in Canada if I'm not mistaken and he usually posts the updates right before midnight. So if you live in Europe (like me) it will probably be tomorrow.
The game is definitely out today. They haven't posted it yet but if you know where to look you can get it now.
