One thing about realism/unrealism however is that the threshold and specific points are extremely subjective and more often than not not consistent even within any individual. We all know some artistic license needs to be allowed to tell a story in the first place, we all would probably call bullshit in this game if suddenly a magician comes into play wanting to get anal and enhancing MC's little Francis fivefold. But most other stuff is subjective and probably dependent on what you want from the game. For me girls falling too early when it doesn't make sense storywise (to me) is one of the biggest boner killers (again: to me) while others love their "free for all" stories, otherwise they wouldn't exist. So arguing about realism is as useless as arguing that other things are unrealistic, too - both will not change how somebody feels about and likes a certain aspect.
At this point the way the story is being told, for me it just makes all the stuff involving abby really annoying, she just feels like a side character at this point. I don't expect everyone to jump on the mc's dick right away but when in only a month of in game time, the girls go from the dude just being their stepfather, to them basically forming a weird cult of girlfriends, it just makes the super slow burn with abby feel weird. But that is just my opinion.

Abby is completely different to all the other girls in the game. He was in Dad mode with her months before Abby was even born. It is going to take him time to see her anything other than his daughter. She is throwing hints but he just sees the little girl he decided to raise with his best friend and wife. He doesn't want to do anything that will get her to leave since he already lost Jessica. It is his biggest fear and that fear is keeping him restrained.
Remember though that "cult" had nothing to do with Frank. It is all on Becca, Lillith and Meiko, and two of them have lusted after Frank for years. Mentally they are further along in the relationship than he is. Becca and Meiko are already at the "happily ever after" stage and he is in the "new relationship" stage. And while Abby has been throwing out hints, we really don't know where she is. It might just be a fun game for her.
I think when Abby finds out about the situation (probably will catch MC with Lilly), she will go after him hard after the initial shock.

Yeah, thats so annoying, and every time he apologize for everything, two girls waiting to suck on him and he still have to do it again, even he apologize to the girl for having a big d1ck?, f#ckman, why can 't this dev see that enough is enough with Frank's dialogue. does her really have to chew out the girls every 5 seconds for the next 20 mins of the same dialogue..over..and over..and over. and why does he always have to ask the girls especially Meiko if they are ok..every..fucking..other line..are you ok? yes..are you sure? yes..are you sure sure? yes..yes..why not have Meiko just tell him to shut the fuck up already like Lilith used to. man i loved Lily always telling Frank to shut the fuck up since that's what i was always screaming at my screen..SHUT THE FUCK UP FRANK!!!!
