if you look at the shower scene you could even call it rape as the mc clearly states he does not want any and she still pushes herself onto him.
This is a disturbingly unhinged way of looking at things, tbh. Is she the initiator? Yes? Does she keep pushing even when he says no? Yes. Just as Abby and Lilly do (Abby has no qualms "blackmailing" her own father so that they sleep in the same bed, and rewatch Frank's first time with Lilly--here, too, he says no, but she keeps pushing and they end up fucking). And none of these even remotely constitutes what could be called a rape.

As K.T.L. says, it can't be a "rape" if the "victim" is not threatened in any way, is at least a dozen times stronger than his agressor and can put a stop to it at any time but chooses not to. A rape is something much darker than someone still getting naked after you told them not too when the balance of power is totally in your favor, let's be serious a minute, here.

it is already rape as soon as its against the victems will. there has to be no threat.
