I think you'll have to get used to it, the plot seems to go into that direction
Normally, I enjoy games that take the slow road and develop characters. This game I do not enjoy.
The main character feels like he exists to be acted upon without any agency of his own exept to stagnate and endlessly ponder issues instead of making up his mind and advancing toward a goal.
Let's look at his history, he has a shrew for a girlfriend, meets a girl that is far more pleasant, said girl is into him, and he does nothing for years on end.
Even as said girl is leaving, and after his sister outright tells him to man up and tell her his feelings because she was into him, he chooses the cowards way out. He does nothing.
Result being: she leaves and gets pregnant with some other guys kid. Good job man.
And on and on it goes, every fucking step of the way. Each time the story advances is because of the actions of other people, he is just along for the ride, reacting to others, never taking the initiative.
Frankly just get it over with, the girls get fed up with waiting for him to take action, leave him to stagnate because he is seemingly incapable of doing anything without someone holding his hand and telling him what to do.
He dies alone, an eternal cuck and genetic dead end, while they build lives and have kids with guys that actually care enough about the girl to take the initiative and stop prevaricating.
And this coming from a guy that hates ntr with a passion.
Poor Abby, doomed to set on all fours at the end of the couch....
IDK if its been talked about yet or asked, but i did the math, is Becca Frank's actual daughter. Shannon and frank are both 39, Becca is 23 that means that Shannon was 16 when she was born, Frank and Shannon dated and were sleeping with each other at that age, then Shannon suddenly moves away and breaks all contact with frank. to me it sounds like frank knocked her up so her parents moved away to hide the embarrassment of their 16 year old daughter being pregnant. Becca also has mentioned several times in the game that Trevor is Lilith's dad, i think she only referenced him as dad once while talking to frank about him. It sounds like even Becca might suspect that frank is her actual dad. and the fact that she literally doesn't even register Trevor's existence. I also believe that Becca's so called boyfriend at the start of the game was only with Becca cause she took advantage of him because she knew her mom was cheating so she got her BF to call Frank and tell him to get home, then after everything happened she broke up with him, now Becca tries her best to protect Frank and help raise the family, kind of like an Electra syndrome, wants to replace her mom and be with her father. I hope my theory makes sense. and if I'm so wrong it hurts or is funny please let me know. P.S: I know it's a porn game and that's the focus, but I actually follow the story and I like being engaged in the world and environment of the game regardless of the format.

It's probably our fourth most talked about thing in this thread (behind 'Is Frank a betacuck who does nothing but whine and complains', 'When is the next update', and 'Can I sex Abby yet?').
Basically, the timing suggests that Becca got started during the weekend in Franks flashback, where he and Shannon were planning on having a wild party on Friday, followed by no pants weekend. Frank could be the father, or Shannon could have had other sex during the party. People on the Discord claim that CNG has confirmed that Frank is the father, but CNG usually responds to that question with 'pocket sand'.

Another theory I've thrown into the room is that Shannon had a girls' night out with her clique, and she got hooked up with a guy who knocked her up.
So far we can only say two things with a high degree of certainty:
1. her pregnancy is very likely the reason she was sent away from her parents to live with her aunt.
2. even if point 1 is wrong, it is very unlikely that Trevor is Becca's father, graduating high school in about a month, getting a job at a fast food "restaurant", meeting Trevor, getting to know him and getting knocked up by him is a very narrow time frame.

The next update is on it's way and it's time for some sneak peek pics. 1.23 will released on Wednesday, April 17th.
This update starts on Monday, the morning after Lilly used Abby's rules against her. Meiko will be the big focus for the first half of the update. The second half will have multiple time jumps ending the update on Thursday night.
This is by far the most lewd filled update yet. I'm pretty sure there are more lewd images than not, or at least close to it.
It's been a wile since the last update so 1.23 will come out for BnV and Becca tiers at the same time.
