People are too lazy to search the last few pages of a forum, especially when English is not their native language. They prefer to ask questions, even if it makes them look like idiots.

Actually, it's quite possible that March 20th *is* the delay (the first release window given was end of February - mid-March).However, with the standard delays that happen, I would add about 1-2 weeks on top of that.
Good point. We will see.Actually, it's quite possible that March 20th *is* the delay (the first release window given was end of February - mid-March).![]()
one week.. or more... much much much moreNot yet. Give him one more week.
PREACH IT, O DARK LORD OF THE MIGHTY HOT CAFFEINATED BEVERAGE!With all due respect, not the first time you've repeated this pointless phrase. If there's news,. it will be posted here, so why do people persist in constantly posting Update News, Wen Update, Hero..blah wah wah...news will be here when it's here.
That aside, it's even more pointless when very soon this is unfortunately going to become a one update per year title (when you consider he working on another title and doing the short stories)....really not worth worrying about...check the thread, no news, move on with your life until there is.
My only issue with this is that we have now passed 5 years real time. It's not a complicated story, there is only 2 branching paths (Beth or not and one hasn't even started yet...vacation). There's no complicated code, no 30 different characters....PREACH IT, O DARK LORD OF THE MIGHTY HOT CAFFEINATED BEVERAGE!
In all seriousness, I agree with this sentiment. 99.9% of those that play this (and other games) do so for free (like myself). With that being said, we really have no room to pester anyone for updates. Some devs make money off of their games; many have lives outside of their games that stretch updates out. And that's okay.
I'd rather have an amazing, un-rushed update than a shoddy one put out due to whiny demand. Do I really want an update to this game? Absolutely. One of the better titles on this site. But patience will win out. I'ma be okay. xD
I don't pester anyone. I am just asking if the dev gave some update on the date, that's allPREACH IT, O DARK LORD OF THE MIGHTY HOT CAFFEINATED BEVERAGE!

well the issue with dev times doesn't just come from Single again. as we've already discussed before i believe that he's spread to thin as hes working to many projects at once.My only issue with this is that we have now passed 5 years real time. It really needs wrapping up.
For some devs that actually get enough patreons/subscribers that pay enough, it's actually in the dev's favor to string out the AVN to keep that paycheck rolling in unfortunately. My only issue with this is that we have now passed 5 years real time. Oh of course. I've long said and believe that Patreon does not incentivize a dev to actually finish anything. Why the hell would you? You notice it's only AVN dev makers that use it? Not even kickstarter is as bad. I wonder why none of them make an AVN and then release it, complete...and live or die by its quality...For some devs that actually get enough patreons/subscribers that pay enough, it's actually in the dev's favor to string out the AVN to keep that paycheck rolling in unfortunately.
no doubt this contributes to longer projects, there still are exceptions to that though and they do tend to be the better VN's IMO.Oh of course. We all know the answer....
Considering 4 posts above yours is a release date of 3/20, less than 2 weeks from your comment. Not exactly much much much more than 1 week.one week.. or more... much much much more
Yeah, but it's not the first, second, or even fifth time CNG has posted an update picture like that, and missed their estimated date by two or more weeks. CNG has a history of being very optimistic about their release schedules.Considering 4 posts above yours is a release date of 3/20, less than 2 weeks from your comment.
