I don't understand the reason why Frank keeps pushing Abigail into meeting her real fathers family when she clearly doesn't want it. It should be her choice, and could hurt more than it helps.

When it comes to her half-siblings: I see it that Frank leaves it open to her but recommends it to her. Personally, I can understand that: First of all, these children are not responsible for the sins of their father and secondly, she can serve as a role model for her half-siblings: She could guide her brothers not to become like the father they share, while she can teach her sister to be skeptical of men like the father they share so that she doesn't end up like Jess.

Apart from that, I think a first date is just a trial meeting to see if she wants to keep doing this in the future. The mother of these kids seemed sensible enough that she wouldn't pressure Abby if it was stressing her out and Frank would probably understand if Abby didn't want any more meetings.

Besides, Abby was emotionally upset after the meeting with her father, and you don't make rational decisions in an emotional state like that.

Meeting Abigail's real father's family could introduce some interesting New characters (more hot girls) storylines.
I don't think the Dev should second guess himself so much. Just because users don't like a certain direction of the story, doesn't mean they're right. DarkCookie introduced Fish characters because patrons requested them, and that storyline died quite quickly (thank god). He also stopped developing Judith's progress because patron's didn't like chubby characters. Again the Devs create a game/vn and they should follow their instincts... IMHO. I love Clever Name Games!

I've seen both versions although I can't repeat them word for word and my memory might be failing me here so don't take what I'm about to say as 100% truth. But from what I remember, the original version did seem rather...idk confusing?

Like Frank seemed to really push them to be a couple and to be exclusive with each other essentially, which would seem to be first of all, stupid. And then second, obviously be excluding him (stupid again). But then when it does happen and they do get together. Lilly tries to sleep with him one last time before she ends it as she wants to loyal to Abi. Frank now instead is like "nah i'm not gonna let you go, we'll still be together because Abi knows that she needs male attention or something?? so they agreed she could sleep with men?? Idk, that's just vaguely what I remember and just thinking.."wtf was the point of getting them together then... "

The new version for sure seems to flow better and make more sense in general, at least imo. Also I think some people were just getting kinda tired of waiting for something to FINALLY happen between Frank and Abi and the way it was handled previously just seemed to imply it was gonna take EVEN LONGER. And also just seemed to be adding more unnecessary roadblocks and confusing things way more than they needed to be.

Missed opportunity in the final scene with Abby in 1.24. Each time the POV move to the end of the bed, "Mary" should glisten a little more each time, until it is in almost full grool at the end of the scene. A girl having that kind of conversation would likely be reacting in that way.

I'm confused why the developer went to 1.24.1 and 1.24.3 instead of 1.25 and 1.26. I didn't think there was any new content, because the main number didn't change, I just assumed it was a bug fix, since that's usually what the .1, .2, etc. after the main version number means.

CNG said at the time that 1.24 was so big that they'd rather split it in three parts so the wait between updates wasn't too long. No idea on whether the next chapters will follow the same pattern or not.
