The problem is that a lot of the lore has been told 1-5 years ago. Even if you were paying attention back then, people forget a lot of facts, especially if you've played 10s if not 100s of other games between then and now.
I would agree the "without spamming the enter key" if the update was released recently. In the current case however, not so much.

When did this happen with Jess and Frank having a paternity test. Frank and Jess didn't date till after she came back from college pregnant. In the flashback with her and his sister she was leaving the next day and his sister was telling he was a dumb ass because Jess liked him and he was just letting her go. All the flashbacks they knew he wasn't the father they never got together. Only one that was in question was Becca.

TBH not a bad game to start again if you haven't played it in a long time like myself. One of the Rare gems were the sex scenes are good but the story might Makes it So much better.

I know. the sex scenes are hella hot. And the story is pretty good. But the MC is a p**** not sayin any more about it got dinged once, I think, for expressing my concerns so candidly. cxx might dare to describe Frank's shortcomings fully. But not I.
At last somebody noticed, I hope that creators will also note this and start making more good content
While it is certainly a possibility, I have no difficulty in believing that Shannon cheated on Frank even back then and that Becca is some Rando's.
I could also see Becca gaslighting others into believing that she is actually Frank's biological daughter, while actually not being so.

Pretty sure Patreon has got nothing against randos, but hey, make of that what you will...
(Plus, narratively speaking, that's the logical endpoint of the story (or one of the endpoints, at least), and it would fit with the game subverting some expectations from the start.)

I'll say it again...if anyone thinks they won't start upholding their own ToS...in line with other platforms, they are delusional. However, that still does not change what is more logical given the context of the story we have been presented

They've shadow banned a few, some you can't pay (good as banned).

That's debatable, very of little of the content in and leading up to that scene is beyond other stuff in the game, Male Dom wise.
As for Group Sex, to me the other party's present would have to participate more for that tag to qualify. There were other scenes with more than one of the LI's present in the same context of the scene in your post, but they were predominantly spectators or uninvolved entirely.
Granted, I am not well versed in the intricacies of the tag system here, so it is likely that any of the scenes I refer to would've been more than enough to warrant one of the aforementioned tags.
Group sex just needs 3 or more people involved in a sex act.
As for maledom that's a bit of a stretch. Frank is so bad at it we might as well call it puppydom. Tag loses its meaning when it lures maledom fans just for them to discover that Frank is a total sub for 99% of the game and a terrible dom for the rest.
