So, I'm supposed to be on the Beth pregnancy path and got the confirmation that they have picked Frank as shown here:



Yet as they are leaving at the end of the evening I get this conversation saying otherwise:



I don't know if there is some sort of bug in the game, or if it is something I don't need to worry about.

If anyone has any suggestions they would be appreciated.

As I understand it, and I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong, that decision hasn't been made yet. Beth wants the mc to be their doner/father/whatever IF they decide they want to go down the parenthood path, presumably in a future update.

And Nessa is on-board with it being frank now. That's what they were telling us. And it's not "if", her parents demand it. But the final decision is Frank's (and the girls').

She is a woman ( no disrespect to the ladies) maternal instinct has now began. She is looking to the future now that there is a desired mate. Also remember she is the wife as nessa as she said is a dyke. She is on boatd but nessa per se has a male brain.

I think there will be a final decision, in a future update. I, after playing at least three times, still am NOT on the path. Maybe I'm doing something wrong. Is there anyone who can really tell me what the choices are for Beth's pregnancy path? thanks

look in the walkthrough (I've been educated on this myself). If you didn't fulfill one of these conditions they will not choose Frank as the donor. Otherwise you should get the correct scene. One likely scenario is you missed a sex scene with Beth where you went home with Lilly instead of staying with Beth.

You are on the desired path. I think it's a poor wording choice in the game, where the dialog is recycled for both branches. If Frank isn't asked to be the donor, Beth is saying that she did want it to be Frank and that she would try to get Nessa to agree to use Frank for a second child. That makes sense.

Re-using the same line about Beth really pushing for it to be Frank lacks some context if they did ask Frank to be the donor. Would have been better to reword the dialog for that path to have Beth say something like Nessa suggested asking one of her brothers, but Beth convinced her to ask Frank instead.

Honestly, unless you see it in both circumstances, I don't really think it should be confusing (maybe less so for a non-native English speaker?). I just took it as Beth being a bit emotional in the moment and telling Frank that she didn't want it to be anyone else.

This conversation doesn't indicate that the couple doesn't want Frank to be the donor. In fact, she is suggesting that she wants him to give her TWO children. So I think that your path is intact.

I'm a few updates behind. What exactly happened that got everyone so upset?
