The first time I read this one, I knew I would be in it for the long haul. Some people may not like the directions it goes (especially when those directions are repeated circles in Frank's head), but I'm not one to question a writer's vision. I'll read it til I grow bored of it, and I don't see that happening any time soon.

The will-they-won't-they between Abby & Frank was starting to grind on me, to the point I wanted Frank to give in, or to finally put his foot down and put an end to her shenanigans. Just... Something, instead of, like you said, going in circles.
Hell, even him putting his foot down could've led into him realizing he made the wrong decision and caused more hurt than he wanted.

Anyway, seems I need to figure out from which save to start from due to the 1.24.1.1 updated retconning stuff.

something tells me that there will be some small changes, regarding Abby, within a couple of updates (my feeling). in the meantime, i would like to remind you that, the writer, has his hands tied by the rules of patreon. no relationship between father and adoptive stepdaughter. therefore, i believe that, there will be a happy ending ONLY in the last two episodes/updates. great story, anyway. i love it

Correct me if I'm wrong, but this game has been in development for five years.
Abigail is one of the main characters in the game. As we know, the MC constantly questions what kind of relationship he wants to have with her.
Despite these five years of development, there has been no noticeable progression with Abigail. I had hoped that, by now, the devs would have made a decision—either allowing a romantic/sexual relationship with her or not.
But instead, in this update, Abigail just walks around with a strap-on dildo, rambles nonsense for a bit, and then falls asleep.

I'm calling it right now that the only scene with Abigail is right before the ending.

Frank won't make up his mind..Abby her path is pretty much the same as with the others.

then the girl just pushes him a bit then it turns into"we shouldn't ,you know how other people will look badly on this"

In my opinion, they already crossed that boundary. Kissing, showering together... Or is patreon's line in the sand at intercourse?
I'd also argue that Rebecca and Lilith being of the step-variety already breaks their rules, though them not living in the same apartment might be a mitigating factor?

That the "happy ending" will only happen during the last episodes of the story, motivated by patreon's rules, only makes sense if CNG is willing to nuke their patreon when the game is done. With 810 paying subscribers, I doubt that's the case.
I'm going to guess that some 'hacker' will steal the game's files and then put in a lot of work to make a mod with extra content.

Yeah, this would be consistent with how Abby has been pushing his boundaries the entire time already.

The issue I'm having with this, is that I'm getting burned out on it. At a certain point, I just lose any investment I have in 'Abby x Frank', to the extent that I'd just refuse her as much as possible on a replay. Partly out of spite, partly to see if these choices will eventually matter or not.
A golden rule when dating, I think, is: "Fuck yes, or no." Either someone is invested, or they aren't. If they're tepid at best, stop pursuing them. If these characters adhered to this, none of this story would be happening.
