For this reason, the "revelation" occurs in a separate story, where there is NO relationship between Becca and Frank. By not having sex with Frank, Becca could very well discover that Frank is her biological father. It's up to the reader to integrate this detail into the main story.
I will wait for confirmation in the meantime it is only pure speculation and unfortunately this is the case he could lose big given the witch hunt against games of this type which include incest
Not sure just removing SA off patreon means that Frank will be Becca's dad. CNG hinting at it could just as easily be CNG messing with the fan theorists that push it relentlessly. Narratively, while I don't think Becca was "always" Frank's daughter (early on there was a built-in code that made Frank and Abby bio dad and daughter,) I could see CNG now making Becca Frank's bio daughter, and her using it as a proverbial sledgehammer to break the mental barrier of his refusing Abby's advances. In a "You unknowingly were banging your biological daughter and were giving her sweet, delicious creampies, what's the hangup with including your adopted daughter in the DPG now?" kind of way.
Tanya is into Ashton, as shown in the opening scene of Mythic Desires, whether they are bio siblings, step or there's an adoption we don't know yet.
I don't know how CNG has their discord laid out, but if subscribers from both crowdfunding sites go into the same channel access categories, that could cause issues as patreon will moderate off-site content, and if patrons get access to the SA channels they could act on that. This issue came up with Summertime Saga having semi-official incest patches available on its discord, though given the revenue Saga brought in every month, it was nearly the last AVN to be moderated in such fashion. Hopefully CNG doesn't allow access to the SA discord channels for patreon-only subs, as patreon could still take their crowdfunding offline.

That said, if paternity is acknowledged in a separate story, and there's no sexual involvement (or any sexual activity between relatives), and the main story doesn't mention the blood relationship, I don't think anything will happen, and the story could progress along that path as well.

It wasn't Patreon per se but, it is the banks who control debit and credit cards. Just read an article on my phone literally hours ago, about Steam now being under pressure to change their rules for allowance of adult content. It's begun removing a lot of content there. We as consumers must STOP this crime. It is extortion both to the providers of content as well as the customers who hold those cards. Basically, the banks are telling you what you can & can't buy with Your money.

Unlikely. Shannon's bio clearly states that after moving in with her aunt, she first graduated from high school, then started working at a fast food restaurant where she met Trevor. As someone who is not familiar with the Canadian/American school system, I did some googling and Shannon would have been 17-18 when she graduated high school, which means Becca was already in the world at that point.

Not content yet. Guessing the next move is keeping the relationships custom and keep the game description vague. (for the ones already on steam)
For new entries, devs would think twice about having a loving unit relation, i guess.
