In my country is 20:23 hrs. In western Canada, where author live, is 11:23 hrs. CNG still has more than 12 hours to release the game.

he has all time he wants. just because he said he planned to release it today it also means it HAS! to be today. it could be delayed for any reason.

It was released on their SS page approx 1 hour ago to those on the higher tiers. However there has been one scene cut for this release due to time constraints for getting the release out on time. However it will be restored for the lower tiers release in a couple of weeks. It just wasn't quite ready in time for the early release.

I see that the game is no longer on Patreon and that it is on SS. This means that this update could bring content concerning Abi and the MC?

I wouldn't expect so just yet. The transition of this game to SS only and the launch of the other Patreon only title having happened only fairly recently (in terms of number of updates) I would imagine the dev will allow themselves a 'cooling off period' as it were to do the best they can to ensure the coast is clear before going there in the story.
However this is purely my supposition with no evidence one way or another.

Unlikely for this update since the whole Patreon/payment card thing was fairly recent, but I'd expect some stuff to come up in the next one. Perhaps he will finally answer the question of if Frank is Becca's biological father. CNG really has been hinting at it and now it is off Patreon for good, that one can finally be confirmed.

Pretty sure it won't be confirmed yet. Either in the third part of the Becca story, or later in the main story, after the Becca story is concluded, imho.
