If i am not wrong her husband disappeared and they never got divorced or something like that and since there is the son, some people treat the moms relationship with the her sons friends as NTR.

Truth be told, she isn't cheating anyone "single mother"... She is single. The husband disappeared because he betrayed a local mafia boss. But well, if he is still alive somewhere is getting his ass NTRed, but the cops gave up on searching him, so he is kind of declared dead.
