You're supposed to paste it in the game -> scripts -> time folder where it contains the gallery file. Paste it in there and replace.

it did kinda work for me but it didn't unlock all the scenes though.

Mmm maybe that's because it DIDN'T work. The only ones it "unlockedc were the ones that you have already done. I pasted in the same folder you said.
