I mean, it's a hentai game. Compared to the average one, yeah even the original was still better than average. All things are relative after all.
Another update, seems like the baseline of the game is done. Still like 2 months to go so I imagine there's gonna be polishing and bug removal to do, on top of whatever else. Judging by the update post, it seems like I'll get my wish about there being sex events with the people of the settlements. Can't wait for it to finally be out.

Oh yeah, thats super cool. Allows you to complete the game without spoiling hot content and unlock it after completetion. Just like opening big treasury after beating the dragon. Every single h-game should have such feature - if it works as intended.
New update will provide hand assistance to cover your eyes when you don't want to see the bad stuff.
Thats nice and all for you guru fans, but when will we the hentai crowd get our own hand assistance update. Its unfair you guys get all the updates. Two hands just aint enough.

Part 1 have alot of scenes like that so i speak from experience and this game have tag vore.
Like others said, previous game had stuff like being quite literally butchered, asssimilation by some creepy giant experiment in the Lab Stage, face melting by acid drops, spider birth from the inside. It was less graphic than anything in Splatter School/Beach but the pixel art still did a pretty good job showing the gore in first Sinisitar.
