Yep, kinda a bummer. Could have been fun to be able to keep that status outside of the event. It could have give you even more extra MP as buff at the cost of your movement speed reduced for example.
TBF, the boss fight shows that further enlarged breasts make it impossible for Leila to stand; that's why she milks herself before returning to Arcezon. Mods aside, it would mess with the game mechanics if you could keep that status for no reason, which is why I challenged the people obsessed with nonsensical hardmode to do that if they wanted to make the game "challenging".

Now, if we got a quest to give Leila amazon strength, we could keep the super bazoongas in lore.

Now that the lore discussions have mostly died down, replaced with regular questions about gameplay as we all wait for the next DLC update; I'd like to breath a little life to it by sharing a new perspective on SiNiSistar 2's story. Not from me, but from the Japanese community.

The 'Universe in the Womb' Theory

Written by フリッツ (Fritz), a DLSite reviewer and article writer, the Universe in the Womb theory is an attempt by him to piece together the lore and story of the game through the environment, Nennai's blog posts on Ci-en, and interestingly, through Lelia's behavior. His theory can be found in his DLSite Articles on the game, as well as four Fanfiction chapters he wrote on . I recommend you take a look as not only are they a good read despite the language barrier, but they further expand on his 'Universe in the Womb' theory; with the first two chapters focusing on Lelia, the third featuring Haanja as the protagonist, and the fourth and final chapter revolving around Lelia's mother of all people.

Now, moving onto the start:

On Lelia
View attachment 4826676

Fritz starts off his theory not by focusing on the major aspects of the story, like the Father Otherworlder or the Abomination Broodlings, but instead on Lelia. This may seem strange at first glance, Lelia is mainly a silent protagonist, speaking only in a select few occasions and has very little character to show during the whole game. In fact, the game's description even lists her as simply being 'quiet and somewhat mature'.

But Fritz thinks differently, to him, Lelia is not a character that displays their personality through words, but by the way she acts in-game when she is being attacked or raped by the various beings she encounters. In both in his DLsite articles and in his Fanfiction works on syosetu where he explores Lelia's character, he notes that she presents a calm, mature disposition in public, but is quick to reveal her true colors when she is being violated. When Lelia is being raped by monsters, she shrieks and moans in pain yet he notes that never once has Lelia ever looked afraid during the act. In fact, he noticed that when Lelia is raped by other humans, she looks away, avoiding eye contact and hiding her face under her arm. As if she's afraid of looking the other person in the eye, like they would discover her truest, ugly desires if they get a clear look.

Thus, Fritz has this to say about Lelia in regards to her story and character in the game.

In a , Nennai once mentioned the role of sisters like Haanja and Lelia where they mentioned that they are expected to not only help and serve the townsfolk, but are also expected to fight and potentially be martyred when fighting abominations. Drawing from that knowledge and from the game itself, Fritz states here in this poetic description that Lelia's fate is closely intertwined with death, similar to Rabiane. But he goes even further than that, as he builds upon that foundation to say that Lelia's character is one full of contradictions as we noted before. As Fritz elaborates further in the article:

In Fritz's view, Lelia is a character who craves death through sexual pleasure. A sister sworn to chastity and protected by her Blessing of Purification, yet her desires lie on the contrary. She presents herself with a mature and silent persona on the outside, yet when she's held down by monsters and raped does she show her true feelings without shame. She screams, she moans, she yells; yet never once is she terrified, because she also desires for her violation to end with a swift death. It's why she tries to hide away when she's being raped by people, not monsters; because she's ashamed of her true nature, that people will see and know her to be a liar.

This is what he presents as his answer to the game's ambigious ending. The slug that appears at the end is Lelia's personal dilemma. Does she kill it and continue her persona as the chaste, mature sister who secretly represses her sexual desire for death? Or does she embrace it and allow the slug to impregnate her, liberating her to freely display her true feelings in this dream world where no one can see her, hoping that one day it would lead to the oblivion she desires.

You can read works if you want to see more of Fritz's thoughts on Lelia's character. He explores her character there more deeply than his articles and my bastardized summary here and intertwines it by giving her a backstory I would honestly see as close to canon as we can get. As for his view on Lelia, it's very close to what elixxon2 wrote about Rabiane and the first game just a day after the second game's release:

The Otherworlders and the Universe in the Womb
View attachment 4826682
Eye of the Great Seere, the final boss of SiNiSistar.
(大セーレ or Great Seere, is the official name of the Otherworlder we have been calling the 'Observer' as mentioned by Nennai in a November 2019 blog post. They namedropped them once then proceeded to never elaborate further on it again.)

Moving on from Lelia, we now reach the most interesting part: the Otherworlders and the aforementioned subject of Fritz's theory 'The Universe in the Womb'. Starting off this theory, he already begins with quite a radical position unheard of from all the discussions I've seen in this forum so far. He posits that the crisis plaguing Arcezon isn't solely due to the Father of the Otherworld but also due to the presence of other Otherworlders that were summoned by the Priests by accident. Namely the being he calls 'Crazy Eyes' (a.k.a the Observer/Great Seere), the 'Snail Lineage' (Brain Snail Cluster boss), and the 'Slug'.

(Before we begin, I have to mention a bit of a naming difference between versions. In the English version, the Father and the Seeres are referred to as 'Otherworlders'. In Japanese however, they are referred to as 'Outer Ones'. (This is also what they are called in the files.) So bear with me as I will be using 'Otherworlder' and 'Outer One' interchangeably but do note they refer to the same beings.)

This is quite the departure from what we consider as basic fact here in this forum so one must ask, where did his hypothesis come from? He answers this question in his to the where he cites the unusual breeding process of the Demi-Humans and the Parasite Pigs compared to the Father's accursed abominations.

As Fritz posits, his belief is centered around the fact that the existence of Demi-Human and Pigman babies show that the Father isn't the sole Otherworlder influencing events in Arcezon as they don't have full control over the abominations being birthed throughout region. He even believes that there is a power struggle between the Otherworlders inside the Cathedral which is why each of the enemies there are diverse and have different powers. He believes that the 'Outer Father', 'Crazy Eyes', and the 'Snail Lineage' are in the midst of this struggle by the time the player arrives; each fighting to cement full control over Arcezon.

But you may wonder, what about the 'Slug'? Well that leads to the main point of Fritz's theory. Fritz noticed that when you lose to the Priests, Lelia gives birth to an Abomination Broodling. Yet should Lelia get pregnant and lose to the Abomination Broodling Harbinger, or fail to break out of the Father's vision in the final boss fight, she gives birth to slugs instead. Which leads him to his point, if the Father doesn't have full control over the cursed births in Arcezon then who is the Outer One that has cursed the fetuses in the region to transform into Abomination Broodlings?

And so we arrive at Fritz's conclusion: If other Outer Ones can arrive by accident when the Priests called upon the Father, then there's nothing stopping another Otherworlder from usurping the Father's method of creating a mortal form for itself by completely monopolizing it. For unlike the Father, Observer/Great Seere, and the Snail, the 'Slug' didn't need to fully manifest in reality as the curse would simply do its work for it. After all...

Closing Remarks

This went far longer than I expected. I had to keep switching tabs trying to translate it from Japanese to English using Google and DeepL Translate to check if what I'm writing matched the original text so I apologize in advance for any errors in translation. Once again, I would like to recommend everyone interested in this theory to read the original articles and his work as it goes further in depth, but of course, this isn't canon, just a fan theory. While I do agree on some aspects, I don't necessarily agree with the Otherworlder conflict he proposes, as well as the whole Snails and Slugs being Otherworlders equal to the Father and the Observer/Great Seere. Fritz also mentioned that he hadn't played the first game so yeah, take it with a pinch of salt. It may not be what we consider the correct lore here, but it's interesting to see the perspective of other communities when it comes to the lore of this game.

It's just H game FFS dev you don't need to make lore goes hard like this !!

Something else I thought about but what if the Sisters of Purification are genetically altered individuals within the church and that Lelia herself is further along the path than Haanya, hence why she's emotionally disconnected while Haanya still seems grounded and can handle diplomatic affairs better with the townsfolk? One reason I wonder if this is the case is because both sisters look similar and that, given time, Haanya will become more like Lelia, both physically and mentally.

I mean, their eyes are already alike and while Haanya herself isn't silver-haired I wonder if this will change as she gets older when she undergoes additional training and sacred rites. Again, I feel this reminds me so much of the Claymores and it'd make sense given what the church is up against in this world, that you need to be more than human to deal with its evils.

Not keeping as it is, because of course that would make the gameplay just impossible. But after Lelia milk herself, you could imagine that she would remove enough to be able to stand and walk away instead of being able to completly remove that status by herself.

On side note, the fact that she can just milk herself to remove the "further enlarged breast" status should imply that she could as well do it for the "enlarged breast"... But somehow, she can't or she won't.

Hmm, Maybe there's a Practical limit to how much milk one can squeeze from themselves with only their hands.

Part of the curing process for enlarged breasts is Removing the contaminated Breast Milk, I've read some of the development Cien post talking about this, and Nennai talks about how like medieval era medicine had the concept of "bad blood" so they used leeches and bloodletting to remove this contaminated blood.

Judging by that, If there's even a few liters left in the breasts, curing them fully isn't going to be possible.
So either Leeches suck out all of the contaminated milk, or Hanya does it, That's the practical part, there's only so much you can remove with the squeezing and pushing action.

I also theorize that it has something to do with Lelia being unwilling to do something that's extremely painful.
The Sucking action of Hanya and the Leeches is probably not going to be as bad as Lelia repeatedly Squeezing her breasts, Hard and then pulling her own breasts to get the milk out.

Notice in the animation for removing even larger breasts that there's actually a first pull by her right arm that does nothing, repeatedly getting duds like that, probably soured the idea of her doing that for all of the milk, so she only gets enough to be able to move freely again (and even then she still comments on the weight).

PS: Got curious and timed out the Medical Leeches vs Hanya.
This is measuring how quickly they can get a fully upgraded level 5 140 MP Lelia down to 0 MP
Hanya: ~ 58 Seconds
"Leeches": ~ 47 Seconds
These Leeches are barely faster than Hanya! and there's 2 of these suckers!
Hanya does 4 MP damage per tick while the leeches do 5 MP damage each tick.

SO either Hanya is a milk drinking queen, or these leeches aren't really enjoying this contaminated milk so they aren't as enthusiatic.

Edit: Here's the times of the other Leeches in the swamp for comparison
Baby Leech 1: ~31
Baby Leech 2: ~23
Swamp Leech 1: ~15
Swamp Leech 2: ~12

The numbering of 1 and 2 here reveal my method, measuring the times by using the gallery and a stopwatch (the numbers correspond to the animation they were taken from)

So Yeah, Double Confirmation that these Medical Leeches aren't really suckin, this duo got mogged by a baby leech that isn't even sucking particularly enthusiastically (Baby Leech Gallery 1) .

Another day, another . Nennai's Ci-en has recently been updated, but unfortunately there wasn't anything new revealed. Just a look behind the scenes on the Swamp Abomination Brood's concept art and development. However, Nennai did mention that they're currently working on the new content they announced a while back. They're keeping it under wraps for now but from the five items they disclosed before, the ones that are in development are:

  1. New costumes for Lilia (In-progress)
  2. New enemies and mid-bosses on the Highway (In-progress)
  3. The return of the Spider enemies from SiNiSistar (Unknown)
  4. Expansion of the Vampiric Swamp area (Not in development yet)
  5. New NPCs and events inside Arcezon Town (In-progress)

While nothing has been shown so far, Nennai is no doubt working hard behind the scenes on the new content. And if they do get that extra artist they're looking for in their Twitter job offering, development would speed up tremendously. Though as you can see, the Vampiric Swamp expansion most likely hasn't started yet given Nennai did not include it among the content they working on. Given that the average SiNiSistar 2 dungeon took at least 5 - 7 months to develop (Vampiric Swamp and Demi-Human Cave) with only Northeast Village (2 months), Arcezon Cathedral (3 months) and Innards Cave (1 month) being rushed, they are probably saving it for last. Since it's just an expansion and not an original level built from the ground-up, I'd estimate it to take at least 1 - 2 months before its complete.

But with that info out of the way, I'd like to speculate once more on the future content we'll be getting. To imagine what it would look like when it's finally added to the game.

Costumes
Lelia_Stockings.jpg

Concept sketch of an alternate Lelia wearing stockings

When it comes to the question of what kind of outfits will we getting for Lelia, I typically take a look at Nennai's prior works, both final and unused, to get an idea for it. Unfortunately, unlike Rabiane who had multiple design revisions during the first game's development, Lelia's design was practically final since the start. The only change Nennai made to her design was to give her tights while keeping the original as an alternate costume named 'Lelia_NoTights'. However, that didn't mean they didn't experiment with other ideas during development. Among these ideas was an alteration of her sister outfit where the skirt and tights were removed in favor of stockings; one even turned her dress into a leotard.
image-800 (4).jpg

Despite positive feedback towards the design from both fans and "Nennai's libido", Nennai did not keep it as a costume, stating that they didn't want to further delay the game just to add more costumes. They did however confirm that they will be re-adding both the slit and mini-skirt versions post-launch as extra costumes. Assuming they don't change their mind, these two outfits will be returning for the coming update, possibly with changes to Lelia's outfit to make them further stand-out.

image-800 (5).jpg
While it's great that those are confirmed, I personally would find it quite boring if every official alternate costume for Lelia just changes her legwear. Going further than that, I speculate that the first true outfit swap would be the second game's equivalent to Rabiane's white outfit. Considering that most of the second game's content retreads old ground, it would make for a perfect opportunity for Nennai to redo the design for Lelia. And unlike the first game where a single outfit swap required entire sprites and portraits to be redone, the process is much simpler here so it wouldn't take up as much time as before.

Screenshot (246).png
Or for all we know, the next costume would be something random entirely. Nennai did retweet a Warhammer meme once saying that they wanted to make a game with 'Priests in mechas' so who knows? Maybe the next update will have Lelia dressed up as a Space Marine and fighting the Abominations with laser guns and shit. That would be something.

That's all I have to say for now on the costumes. If I were to share my own personal ideas, I would think of something like a Otherworlder Cultist outfit for Lelia as the next costume. It makes no sense lore-wise but it would be interesting to use that costume and roleplay as an alt-Lelia who turned her back on the cult and is fighting to stop it. Unfortunately, Nennai admitted in the blog post that they won't be taking requests as of now due to their current workload so I guess it'll have to remain a dream for now.

Highway Enemies and Mid-bosses
image-800 (7).jpg
Sprite of the unused Zombie Patient enemy. They were originally intended to appear in the cut Isolation Ward area back when Nennai planned for it to serve as the first dungeon. But after two months in development, the area was scrapped and it was replaced by the Vampiric Swamp on May 2023. Unlike the Bobels, these zombies did not survive their parent area's removal from the game.

Much like the Souls games SiNiSistar was inspired by, the enemies and bosses of the game are unique in terms of art direction and concept, which makes it hard to visualize what Nennai will be coming up with next. Cut content won't help us here since barring the special case of the 'Zombie Patient', all enemies with sprites have at least made it to the game in some way. So far, the only enemies I can speculate will be added are 'bandits' which Nennai wanted to add from the start of development. But I already covered them with great detail in my previous speculation post so rather than going over them again, I'd like to instead focus on what changes Nennai will be making to the Highway.

It is interesting that Nennai specifically states they will adding new enemies and mid-bosses on the Highway rather than an entirely new level. While it may seem like a no-brainer given its the overworld, the Highway as of now is thoroughly packed with enemies so that greatly limits the options of where they'll be placed. There are two notably empty areas, those being the Castlevania 2 and the Wand of Hardship dead ends, but by their nature they aren't conducive to placing enemies there.

One possibility is expansion. This is something I can definitely see happening as by expanding the Highway, Nennai can make room for the new enemies as well as creating pathways to future dungeons. Another is changing the enemy placement after the Demi-Human Raid to symbolize the switch to the mid-game. Perhaps this could be explained in the lore as new monsters settling on the Highway after the death of two Abomination Broodlings and the near total annihilation of the Demi-Humans. But another likely answer are new quests. This ties into the new events and NPCs so I'll go into more detail on that later, but basically Nennai created the quest system as a way for the player to interact and be rewarded by NPCs for helping them. Maybe through this system, Lelia will be able to receive news of disturbances from the villagers and when the quest is active, the game loads the quest version of the stage instead of the normal scene, thus allowing the player to encounter and fight the new enemies and mid-bosses.

Out of everything announced so far, the new enemies and potential quests are what I'm most hyped about personally. I seriously can't wait to see what Nennai's cooking up over there!

Let's talk Spiders
kumo-.gif
This is all purely speculation on my part since Nennai didn't mention them at all in the recent Ci-en article so I'll keep this brief. Personally I don't think Spiders have begun development yet and are currently benched alongside the Vampiric Swamp expansion for now. It's true that an argument could be made that Spiders are among the enemies and mid-bosses being added to the Highway and that Nennai simply didn't bother to differentiate them, but I don't think so. Spiders are a prominent enemy in the first game, even if they appeared briefly. As they're popular enough to warrant so many requests for them to come back, I don't think Nennai would just add them back in as just another enemy/mid-boss on the Highway. Rather I think they'll be saving them as a prominent enemy for the Vampiric Swamp expansion or add an completely new dungeon just for them.

Again, pure speculation on my part. I could be wrong, and I'm perfectly fine with being proven wrong here! We'll just have to wait and see.

New NPCs and Events
image-800 (8).jpg

Concept art of Villager Woman C by Shishikura Sendou. Out of all the designs for the Villagers, hers has always been my favorite. Nennai's descriptions of her in their blog posts also made me assume that she had some kind of hidden past, like being raped by a monster prior to the game's start which I thought was the reason why she looks so gloomy. Then the game released and turns out she just shows up to tell you about the Gravekeeper then dies shortly after. Yeah, that sucked.

Now moving onto the part we're all looking forward to, new events and NPCs in Arcezon Town. When it comes to the state of the town as of writing, we can all agree that the events were lackluster. All we got was one sidequest with the pregnant woman and two events with the Drunkard and the Ruffians. And while personally I think that the silhouette of Lelia being spitroasted by the two thugs is very erotic as it leaves it to the mind's imagination, I do understand why some wouldn't like the way it turned out. (The portrait just being her shoe sucked honestly.) It was quite disappointing to have the town be described as hostile to the sisters, with some townsfolk even warning Lelia to watch out lest she be assaulted and raped should she not be careful, yet those warnings turn out to be a nothing burger.

This state of affairs was unfortunately due to the rushed state of development by the end of 2024. The Ruffian and Drunkard events were added very late in development, being implemented around January 2025. Because of its late implementation, it may have played a major factor in why the game was pushed to an April release.

But with the game finished, Nennai has stated that they will be bringing back events they weren't able to add in development. I'm expecting new events where if Lelia walks around town with damaged clothing, the townsfolk would take her to a nearby alleyway to assault her. Maybe some townsfolk would offer to give Lelia advice, items, or coin in exchange for sex, or that the Traveling Merchant that shows up after the raid is more devilish than he may seem, and might trick Lelia into falling to his debt and having her prostituting herself to make it back or be sold into slavery. All purely speculation on my end, but the possibilities are endless.

What is certain is that there will definitely be more sidequests. As I mentioned earlier in the Highway NPCs section, these quests will probably take the player outside the Town to fight monsters or find a villager that had gone missing as per the Female Mercenary, Lovestruck Guard, and Vampire Child questlines that Nennai entertained during development. (You can read more about them in my previous speculation post.) And with new NPCs, there will be a lot more dialogue and interactivity within the Town, making it less boring.

Haanja
d3120f9afc694c082e41cd0fd127ed85.jpg

And if we're going to talk about new events in Arcezon Town, we have to talk about Haanja. Out of the many ideas for Arcezon Town that got cut, Haanja's events got shafted the most. As pointed out to me by qwertgdgdg, Nennai initially intended for Haanja to be featured in more H-scenes than she got in the final release. Originally, when Lelia was captured by the Demi-Humans, Nennai considered having the player play as Haanja for a brief section in order to rescue Lelia. Not only that, she was also supposed to have scenes where the townsfolk would assault her in the church while Lelia was off on a mission as well as have her attacked and raped by a wolf-like being. Unfortunately, none of those scenes were made as they didn't have time to implement it.

Fortunately, all is not lost. While I already expected new Haanja events to be certainty in the coming updates, they were confirmed to be coming in a Twitter post Nennai made when discussing Haanja's voice actress:

ねんない said:
CVは前作の主人公ラビアンを担当した天知遥さん。 悲鳴くらいでしか声の演出はありませんが迫真の熱演をされています。 サブキャラ扱いなのでエッチ面では立ち絵含めて少ししか見ることが出来ないのが残念です。 しかし必ずアップデートで本格的なエッチシーンが追加されるはずだと信じております。

The voice actress is Amachi Haruka, who voiced the main character, Rabiane, in the previous game. Although her voice is limited to screams, she delivers a passionate performance. Since she is treated as a sub-character, it's unfortunate that we can only see a little bit of her erotic side, including her character portrait. However, I believe that full-scale erotic scenes will definitely be added in the next update.
Haanja fans, rejoice. Your prayers have been answered.

Vampires and their possible return
グール待機.gif

A ghoul. Originally, Nennai wrote that the ghouls you encounter were corpses reanimated by vampires, not the Gravekeeper. Because they were resurrected by vampires, they developed tentacles in their mouth that made them more adept in sucking out magical energy from their victims. All traces of their vampiric heritage however was removed after vampires were written out of the game's narrative.

Before I end this long and drawn out post, I'd like to entertain the possibility of vampires making their return to the game. For those of you who don't know, vampires were originally supposed to be major antagonists in the story working together with the priests to bring about the Otherworlder's birth in Arcezon. They were intended to play a key part in many of the planned events inside Arcezon Town where they would turn many villagers into new vampires and reanimate corpses into ghouls. However, they were eventually cut and were completely erased from the game's story.

But with Nennai bringing back old concepts for Arcezon Town's events, we may see vampires making a comeback. According to their article titled ' ' where they talk about how the magic system in SiNiSistar operates, they mention that vampires often disguise themselves as elderly men or as beautiful women. Some blend into the crowd, appearing as ordinary townsfolk going by their day, while some vampires cannot and look monstrous from the get-go. Even if vampires can no longer regain their prominence in the narrative, its possible that they may return in Arcezon Town's events where Lelia discovers that the friendly old man/beautiful girl-next-door is actually a bloodsucking vampire or that she's tasked with slaying the vampire taking refuge in the woods.

That's all I have to say for now. Let me know what you think!

One can assume that after that much effort milking herself, Leila's arms are sore as hell and she can't finish the job. Or you can go back to that funny skit, and Leila wants Haanja to milk her:KEK::PogChamp:

Going further than that, I speculate that the first true outfit swap would be the second game's equivalent to Rabiane's white outfit. Considering that most of the second game's content retreads old ground, it would make for a perfect opportunity for Nennai to redo the design for Lelia. And unlike the first game where a single outfit swap required entire sprites and portraits to be redone, the process is much simpler here so it wouldn't take up as much time as before.

View attachment 4832688

Haanja

Haanja fans, rejoice. Your prayers have been answered.

Vampires and their possible return
View attachment 4832918

I like it, on the other hand I wanted a part where Leila decided to betray her beliefs, I imagined a section since before the game was complete where after Leila was caught by the priests of the outer god, she was corrupted or brainwashed, which would lead to a "bad ending" type quest line where we side with them and help them attack the village, only for Leila to give birth to the outer god, or on the other hand a line where if Leila is raped many times by monsters or after being pregnant many times she starts to feel sorry for her children and decides to keep one, hiding it and taking care of it maybe even letting it attack some villagers and in the end even Haanja
