Anyone knows if the first Sinisister has the same controls as this one? because I finished the whole game and i even did the hiden boss and the game was soooo good and fun that now i feel that i must play the first one lol
Same, except the arrows are consumable, and you only have one melee, sword magic could make an appearance soon since I'm still at the third level of the game but considering the game's linearity, I think the current roster of weapons are all that's there. That said, the progression of the series is similar to Super Mario where the first game is a linear progression of levels, while the sequel finally opens that up to something far more free roaming, with the dev taking cues from Metroidvania when it comes to how new powers opens up new traversal options.
The first game is still gorgeous, but it's simpler than the 2nd game in terms of gameplay, it's also more straightforward narratively. You can really tell though how the dev just went full Bloodborne for the sequel since it didn't just copy the aesthetics, but the lore as well, although the final bosses of both games essentially want the same thing as the Outer Gods in Bloodborne.
