corrupted hanjaa try to corrupt leila would be an interesting route too but seem too complicated to be introduced into the game
I dont think it would be. Just make it a struggle event like what Lilia goes through. At that point her corruption only progresses as far as you allow it to.

You know, i could make the white potion in the shop not a one time purchase, but able to be purchased as many times as you want.
I agree with your point on making the white potion remove at least 5 levels of defilement.


So in summary:
- Statues dont reset your defilement
- White Potions remove only 5 levels of defilement (There are 10 levels in total iirc so to completely remove your defilement you would have to drink 2 white potions)
- White Potions are not a one time purchase anymore in the shop

What do you think? (Should i adjust the price of the white potion then?)
I won't comment on the potion prices since someone's probably going to suggest increasing the cost of each potion so I wouldn't really have a clue on how the mod's economy would look like. However, now that I thought about it some more, I would say to balance out the statues not cleansing your defilement, have the shopkeeper in the early game who gives the player a free Health Potion also give out a free White Potion. This would make early game playthroughs less of a 'no-hit run' and it balances out the change from 'having defilement cleansing on demand' with the reduced cleansing levels. As for the Traveling Merchant, I would suggest increasing the max amount of White Potions he sells to two, unlimited stock of course.

If I were to make another suggestion, it would be that during the Ruffian scene, the struggle sequence is removed; Lilia instantly loses the moment the Ruffian grabs her. It fits in with the lore as Lilia is only able to escape grabs against monsters due to purification magic and because it's ineffective against humans, she wouldn't be able to escape. I didn't mention it earlier since it would just turn the scene into a guaranteed defeat, but then I realized that it's so obvious that it's an H-scene that the only people going there are the ones wanting to see Lilia get raped so why not do so?

Honestly really hope the extra stuff they add with mid bosses feature Haanja more, like and want to see more of her to the point I'm commissioning some of the pixel only scenes starting with the village raid where she's gang banged by the demihumans. Do wonder what else I could get was thinking scenario where she asks around about the cathedral for Lelia and gets raped by the Ruffians, if I remember correctly dev also mentioned they wanted a scene with her going to the demihuman lair too? Open to suggestions.

Meanwhile I just wish the lewd crest visually appeared on the avatar+sprite. And that there were a way to regain infertility blessing since pregnancy is more of a pain than it is hot in this game. Maybe they will do it in the DLC.

Also better gallery controls for status effects.

Also more Hannja content. In terms of cuteness, Haanja > Rabiane > Lelia.

Really? Pregnancy is pretty easy to deal with, you have to put in effort to lose against Lord Slug in the dream world. I did the whole run with the blessing gone after the fuckers in the Cathedral underground took it from Leila. If anything, the womb crest is the real debuff since it pretty much ensures you are snared with little way out.

I agree on the cuteness scale, considering Rabiane has more fanart and does cute poses whenever she beats a stage boss.

Honestly, we don't have a clear answer. Nennai only mentions 'Holy Knights' briefly in their blog post and that's when they were introducing the role of the 'Sisters' in the game and the world. Other than mentioning that the Church values exceptionally skilled sisters like Lilia and Rabiane when it comes to their skill in purification magic over their male counterparts, they don't elaborate any further on the Holy Knights other than that.
Actually that makes me curious. If there are Holy Knights that should mean they are able to use purification magic. Holy Knights don't have to be necessarily male too so there could be some knights in the sisterhood. In fact I'd probably say Rabi would be closer to one since she uses a sword rather than a wand if it wasn't for her nun outfit.

Which brings up a question...why aren't the holy knights paired up with the sisters? We know the sisterhood doesn't have the numbers and looking at the tutorial boss being a corrupted nun and the cathedral having nuns turned into gold you'd think they would have at least a knight and nun pair.

Leila does give off that more of a cool beauty look which makes it more erotic when she succumbs to pleasure. The whole blush with one eye closed during arousal effect is nice. Rabiane felt neutral to me as she didn't really give off a just came of age vibe nor a mature lady type. Haanja is Haanja shes basically smol cute, even her surprised pixel art face is adorable when parasites grew out of Lilia....although her fate on that not so much haha

Strange, I didn't really have any trouble with the womb crest. And yes, the slug harbinger boss is easy to deal with, but I still have to go back and spend the time to defeat it - that's why I said it was a pain, not that it was hard.

Will the hardcore difficulty be locked? We already know that we can change between Normal and Casual in the book beside Haanja.

So his grabbing attack goes like this:
-First is high (can crouch)

-Second is low (can jump)

-Third is high again

When the Demihuman boss gives the grabbing attack (lowering the hand) on any side, ran to the other side, stopping beside it's hip is safe from the second grab (or just stay on one side and act depend on it's movements)
If done correctly, you can punish as you crouch dodge 1st and 3rd and poke the 2nd (or do other attack patterns you want)

If he raises both of his hands up:
-Just stand in the middle and jump

For axe throwing demihumans:
-Hug one side of the wall as it can block one of the axes, then just shoot one of it to death
Other than this, if anyone needed help with bosses or the games mechanic I will gladly help.

These are the current things i will probably be implementing for now.
Items 1, 2, 6 are good Relics sink in end-game. For the further enhanced boobs (last item), I read this idea before that it could disable Lelia's bow (because she needs to use one hand to hold her boobs).

Do you think you could tweak the pregnancy mechanic a little bit? I'm thinking it would be harder to get pregnant (womb crest will increase the pregnancy chance) but it would be more difficult to remove pregnancy (perhaps give us a Harbringer boss on steroid?)

A game where you have to backtrack all the time, not having fast travel is just awful and tedious, neither fun nor hard. Especially when the distances between locations are stupidly vast (Looking at you Dragon's Dogma).
Testicular torsion to all devs who decide not to include fast travel, and to all players who ask for fast travel to be removed.

Im thinking of making a Hardcore mod, does anyone have ideas for things i can change or implement to make the game hardcore?
For Sinisistar2, i think it would be good to up the difficulty by making debuffs harder to avoid, and harder to remove while increasing and diversifying their impact.
A couple of suggestions:
1. Currently gameover from bosses clears their corresponding debuff stack completely. It would be better to tweak their gameovers so that after respawn you are left with max possible debuff stack (like zombification 2/3 in case of gravekeeper). That would make such debuffs harder to avoid, and also will close the loophole player can use to easily remove debuff without any repercussions.
2. For making debuffs harder to remove, or rather disincentivize removing them, here are some ideas:
- removing debuffs is costly, probably the easiest way to implement;
- removing debuffs can cause delevelling (every time, or maybe with some probability) - that will additionally incentivise playing at level 1;
- removing debuffs can cause temporary weakening (reducing of stats), for a set period of time, or amount of location changes (preferably not counting going back and forth between same locations if possible), or a set number of killed enemies - that would also mean player can't just remove debuffs and go fight boss straight away without any consequences;
- removing debuffs can cause some small fraction of their effect to remain permanently - that would limit how much debuffs can be cleansed before the effects stack to debilitating levels.

Speaking of Mission Mermaiden, the primary reason for the hard mod was that grabs were very easy to get free from, so you'll need to lose on purpose to get the fun. Hard mod instead made it so punishing that it essentially forces playing it like normal game, actively avoiding being caught and cleansing any debuffs as soon as possible, as a result missing all the fun from grabs and debuffs, which is doubly sad cause mod made some nice tweaks and additions to debuffs. Personally, i'd hope to avoid such scenario for Sinisistar. Also current system of respawning player in the same location after death is very good, so please don't change that (like no permanent gameovers and no forcing replaying from last statue and such).

Or, you know, not click on fast travel to begin with. Just need a little willpower, but there's nothing wrong with the option.

Tbh, I only used it when I was legit stuck at that one door to the cathedral. I like my immersion.
