I was curious about the 'Semen Buildup' status effect and how it relates to impregnation.
Does impregnation occur as a result of the status effect itself or does it occur in the scenes where Leila gets the status effect applied to her?
For example, if I get captured by the demihumans and get the 'semenbuildup' status effect, then proceed to escape, is there still a chance that she gets impregnated or is it only in the scenes where she gets raped by the demihumans?
I ask because it seems that to get impregnated you always have to go through three scenes captured by the demihumans, so it doesn't seem like the 'semen buildup' effect does anything, though I might be wrong.

Also, if Leila is pregnant is the only effect of that the visual change and the 'maximum MP' debuff or is there more to it?
And I assume the only births in the mod are the 'bad end' scenes, or can you give birth at other points in the game?

Appreciate any pointers! Really enjoying the game so far!

You simply can't get pregnant until the cathedral priest catch leila (Let them beat you up), where they replace leila's blessing with a womb crest. making sure you have a chance to get pregnant.

You aren't wrong; impregnation is tied to certain scenes. In the demihuman den after capture, it always follows the third scene (with the large demi-human) if Leila lacks the Blessing of Infertility. 1st or 2nd rape will never trigger it, nor does the semen build up status effect have any passive risk of impregnation.

Aside from the maximum MP debuff, it also has a chance to disrupt your spellcasting through the baby's kicking, which makes fighting a bit more difficult. But beyond that, the pregnancy is static. It doesn't progress on its own, open up any new scenes, or anything else if you insist on playing with it instead of purging it. It's just a permanent handicap.

Perfect, that's answered all of my questions! Thanks a lot man.
I do like impregnation and 'pregnancy' mechanics in smut games, I think it adds a playful risk to encounters and consequences for failure, but this works perfectly fine.

You can also lose the Blessing of Infertility if you get swarmed by the slugs in the Pregnant Woman sidequest's bossfight. That's how I lost it.

Sorry to ask this but I saw some videos on YouTube of people playing this game on Mobile, is that really possible?

It's the secret boss weapon. Makes all of your spells basically free. Honestly a bit too OP for my tastes.
Kinda, even new game+ is easier thanks to it. You can still die in some scenarios if you lack patience or attack the wrong enemy first when you are being surrounded. Has anyone tried new game+ with the wand that removes stats?

Before the update, I played through the game without leveling once and using the basic wand, if that counts. :p

It is very doable, even for a mediocre player like myself. However, you will probably have to use potions in some areas- like the stomach level and the kitchen pig boss. Level 1 Lelia simply doesn't have the DPS for him without spamming magic attacks and you'll eventually run out of MP before it dies.

How do you use your controller? I have mine plugged in but it is not working. It's working with any other games.
