Besides that you keep your weapons, and some of the items, no I dont think so. AAAANND: Be careful about your blessing of infertility. Once lost and you use that safe-file for New Game+ you still don’t have the Blessing of Infertility back again
What if I deleted all my saved games and started a completely new one? Would I still not have her even in a new run?
Even if I uninstall the game from my PC and download it again?
I launched Sinisistar 2 on an emulator (GameHub/Winlator 11). I only made it as far as the door at the beginning and entered, after which the game crashed. How can I configure it so I can continue playing? (Help/instructions would be appreciated.)

You won't have it if you start "new game +" with a save that you have lost it. Uninstalling game (and deleting saves), or starting a new game will be a fresh run.
But if I uninstall the game and start a fresh run, will I get the blessing back?
Sorry if I'm not understanding much haha, I haven't arrived at the cathedral yet.

You do not need to uninstall the game. You only have to start a new game.
When you finish the game, you get a new option in the main menu called "New Game+".
Selecting that will carry over your items and such (like the state of the blessing) to a new save.
The option to select normal new game is still there. So you have two different ways of selecting new game.
So, this "New Game +" would be like restarting the journey but with all the achievements and upgrades from the previous journey?
And the normal option would be to start the game with the blessing of infertility restored?
I think I understand, thank you for that <3, I'm relieved now. I thought if I lost the infertility blessing I'd have to uninstall and reinstall the game to recover it, haha.
Am I supposed to be able to infinitely escape game overs by button mashing as the game over scene begins? Seems like it lets me recover infinitely against bosses, which trivializes the boss fights.

You get a stack of defilement when you get grabbed and each stack makes mashing out harder.

It's not worthy to get 1.1.1 now, no big updates. Better wait for new version with additional content that should arrive in december or in january.
1.1.1 has only two things in update log:
- An attempt to fix Unity's security vulnerabilities. (Read spoiler if you wana know more)
- Fixed an issue that could cause the game to become unplayable if the "Mod" folder did not exist.

Well, I did my own research and came up with a list. In total you can have 14 (+1 theoretically) (+1 that isn’t on the photo).Here is the list. The text below is me yapping about the “temporary” effects.
The only rules were, that its not a Game over and you get them without cheating. And it’s better to have one more status effect then to have a higher number (that’s important for the temporary effects).
The parasites/leech eggs and zombification are self-explainable. You can’t have more than those, or else you get a game over.
The cursed-seed is interesting, because in the description it’s stated, that you lose them when beating the boss. But somehow in replay-mode you still have them after beating the boss. But in the tentacle cave it’s different: There you lose the status “tentacle cluster” after beating the boss (Maybe it has something to do, that the tentacle cave is an area, while the tree-boss is just a rematch?).
The status “Womb crest” is self-explainable. I first thought that you lose a status effect (The blessing of infertility). But no: the status “The blessing of Infertility“ is just renamed with something down the line “Lost blessing”. So no status got lost.
When you ask, why there are two ”Mucus” effects: I don’t know, but I think its one “Mucus” for the leech eggs, and one for the tentacle eggs.
You get ”Enlarged breasts“ and “Lactation” from the item, but the ”livestock-parasite 1/2” only from the pigs.
Idk from where you get the effect “aroused”.
“Semen build up”, “pregnant” and ”defilement 10/10” are self-explainable.
And those are all the temporary status effects. But there are still some status effects you get for a short while. And, well… that’s where the “fun” begins for trying get the maximum of stati … To put it shortly: things like “petrification“, “small leech”, or the ”livestock-parasite 2/2” together with "further enlarged breasts” or even the “tentacle eggs” or “intoxication”, “slimed” are effects that you lose after a short while or after clearing the area.
I decided to put the new rule with the more status effects is classified as “more” than having higher numbers. Thats why i decided to get the finale status effects in the tentacle area. First i though about the pigs, because of “further enlarged breasts” but as it turned out: you lose the “enlarged breasts”-effect (it’s getting ’upgraded’), so you only gain the second number on “live stock parasites (2/2)”.
In the tentacle area you get the three status effects: “tentacle eggs (2/2)“, together with one more “mucus” (explained above) and it’s possible to get a “slimed” status effect too. But for that you need some RNG and i had no time to do this. Why RNG? After getting the second “tentacle eggs“ you play one random room. After that you give birth to the tentacle monsters (losing the “tentacle egg (2/2)” effect). So you need some luck getting in a room with slime on the ground or the ’slime-lake’.
And yeah, that’s all.
So when you count all the different status effects on the photo together you get 14 (if i havent misscounted). One Mucus is missing there, so you have 15. And then it’s possible to get “slimed” too: 16 in total.
16 in total (for some are temporar) is my maximum number of status effects Lelia can get without being in a ‘Game Over’ (still able to play).

There is a bog you sink into in the leech swamp at an initially apparent dead end. Jump and run far enough to see a chest, which contains the wand. Outside of completionism or weirdly placed hard modes, though, the wand is essentially useless, as it just makes you effectively have no levels as long as you use it.
Can't find it for the life of me. Am I in the right swamp?

Loved this game! Tons of detail and it hits the sexual aspects just right.
You can really tell that the last act of the game is quite rushed, which is a shame, but the first couple definitely make up for it.
I'm looking forward to seeing more from this studio!

Nope, its not in the area “Vampiric swamp” but on the highland. On the map, when you teleported to the statue near the “vampir swamp” you should be able to go down and than left.
Its easier to describe the way from the tree-boss: If you teleport to the statue at the tree-boss, you just have to go one tile up and than just go left, left, left, left… On the map it shows a dead end. There it should be. (Where the cursor is)
