In the demo version, the blonde girl (standing in the far left of the village) was also disappearing after you reached the leech swamp location. There's even a corpse using the same sprite as her, swarming with leeches.
But they've changed it somewhere along the development, and now she doesn't go missing anymore.

The first one of all, it just attached on her then turn her to monster (which mean no more re-product, it just kill it victim to parasite them, control the corpse and move to next victim).
Zombie monster just eat victim alive without care to rape them (I know it's normal logic for zombie, but this is hentai game, no need follow that logic).
Parasite types usually kill victim when they growth.
The ghoul (the zombie like monster with tentacles in their mouth) only suck victim liquid until she die, not bother to rape.
The mushroom monster only turn victim to mushroom, not bother to rape.
The flying monster also suck victim liquid until she die, not bother to rape.
The celling worm monster kill her immediately and eat her.
The parasited pig only eat victim, not bother to rape. At least the pigman still know to rape her and product more pig baby.
And many more, not want to check all again.

absolute masterpiece of a h game. the girl is hot asf. The visuals and polish made me treat it like some immersive dark souls game. Always so hype to finally play a game that you see in development for years. Some fanart to celebrate this, but didn't have my pc for most of it so used an ipad instead :( HiPaint_1744719227653.png

The closest contender with comparable quality is "the Witch's Night of Revenge". Sadly, there are not many more games like this of comparable quality.

There was one other that I played recently and liked very much, - "Sol Rui after mini", but it was an rpg-maker game focused mostly on puzzle solving than fights. But it was amazingly executed.

For an entry in the series that most of the veterans like myself touted to be more on the erotic side than the first game, I have to say that your points are actually reasonable and how they highlight the lack of the more "ero" and "sexual" aspects of the game.

Yeah, I'm not into guro at all, for me something like Parasite City is good hentai+horror content.
I more into sinisistar by it art and gameplay more than the sex content. I end up clear the game without bother to watch the gallery or try to lose on purpose to collect H scene like other games (though you unlock all content after kill the monster to it's kinda pointless to lose on purpose).

I keep telling myself that maybe this will be remedied with the planned DLCs, but honestly now I also can say that the developer can definitely go into the other direction and double-down with the 'gruesomeness' because it aligns with the 'theme'.

It's actually simpler. Remember the boss you have to defeat to cure the pregnant woman? You enter the dream and fight a clump of slugs.
So, that post-credit room with a slug happens inside your dream, it's the last attempt of Otherworlder to corrupt you, after you banished him from our reality.
