Read here about v1.1.1, and as I said before, it's not worthy to update game for those things right now.

I think there is one scene actually, if you want to count this as “birth“: When you are in the tentacle/monster area: After getting two eggs, you will give birth to some tentacles (after doing two rooms). and than you can „normally“ progress.

Yeah, animation is generic though, she only does the "damaged" pose and two worms magically appear.
